清水寺や八坂神社、円山公園から近く散歩がとても楽しめました。また祇園四条駅からも歩いて行ける場所で、そこまでのお店も楽しめたし、駅から下鴨神社に行くのも簡単でした。夏でしたが、宿に入ったらエアコンがつけてあり、とても快適でした。アメニティも人数分あり、布団も人数分おいてあり、ベッドもあり、とても快適な時間が過ごせました。洗濯機や冷蔵庫、食器などもあり、日常の延長のようでとても助かりました。そして何よりとてもリーズナブルなお値段でした。

I would highly recommend this accommodation. For the cost, it completely exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, warm in winter and an amazing location with a short stroll to the Gion district. As a family of 6 (including grandparents in their 70s and kids aged 4 and 7 years), the place was perfect and enabled us to all have our own space. Communication from hosts was clear and prompt. Bathroom and shower facilities were great and quite spacious. It was a bonus to have a washing machine and drying rack.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable, but really not too bad- and the price and location far outweighed this.

Couldn’t get in with provided key code until help was asked, beds were not very comfortable, and turned light on in kitchen and there was massive cockroach I had to spray (spray was provided)
