Very nice, spacious and well-equipped apartment (even a projector is available). Very good location, near subway and walking distance to Gion.
A table and a few chairs on the balcony would be nice. The nearby construction site is a bit annoying.

Good space for a family of 5. Loved the shuttle bringing us there from near the main Kyoto station. About a 10 min walk to closest subway station. Good location to get to Kiyomizu-Dera and Gion early before the crowds arrive. Loved having laundry in our room!

The location was good although we had to do a lot of walking. It was excellent to be shuttled to the accommodation from the main train station.
The chair bed was narrow, hard and uncomfortable. The heating appeared to turn off automatically in the middle of the night and we woke up cold most mornings. The layout of the apartment was very constrained so there was no space where we could all eat together. The washing machine and clothes drying room was very effective.
