Excellent service from the staff, very convenient, clean and very comfortable apartment.
The traffic noise is a little high but it didn't keep us from sleeping nor from enjoying our stay.

Super attentive and respectful personnel. Nice location. Even though it was golden week, room was decently priced. Free shuttle service and luggage drop area after check-out. Of course as a classic Japanese accommodation culture, free amenities, umbrellas and etc.
We were 5 people and there were two double beds and one couch that turns into a bed. However it that couch was merely an armchair and it turned into a slim, super tiny and uncomfortable bed-like structure. Every night one of us had to sacrifice his/her sleep :/

Spacious room with large tv and projector which the kids loved. Bathroom has functionality to dry clothes which was very convenient. It is only a 15-minute walk from the lively Gion area. Chenbi was a very friendly and helpfull.

The location was good although we had to do a lot of walking. It was excellent to be shuttled to the accommodation from the main train station.
The chair bed was narrow, hard and uncomfortable. The heating appeared to turn off automatically in the middle of the night and we woke up cold most mornings. The layout of the apartment was very constrained so there was no space where we could all eat together. The washing machine and clothes drying room was very effective.
