Great space and location - just needs to be finished off properly.

Great first impression, modern, bright, everything look brand new and furniture and beds were comfy and clean

Not able to get in contact with anyone. Very slow response se from sparecrib, then they seemed to disappear again. Lack of kitchen utensils, dirty kitchen cupboards, didn’t look quite finished, flat pack bedside table on top of wardrobe, shower and bath taps loose - just seemed like there were a few snagging issues that need to be complete to make this property perfect

Superb

Nice quiet location with easy access to Consett and beyond, nice spacious accommodation with everything u needed, the kitchen had all the home comforts of washing machine, dishwasher etc, plenty of room for 4 people also penty of parking on the road

Not much we didn't like, only minor problem was having to buy a couple of batteries for the heating thermostat, other than that all good

not a lot in current state

smelly living room stunk of onions for whole stay. even with windows open. Dirty oven tray filled with grease. Poor finish on walls very marked window ledges not fixed units in bedrooms unfinished parts and screws and pictures laying round. Plug sockets not affixed in walls properly. Loads of unopened mail/bills in cupboard, old stale and ood condiments in cupboard dirty utensils ect. Dirty chairs, bath front hanging off shower door and hand shower broken mold/dirt in corner by radiator. Owner neglected to inform us of apartment number and pin and wasn’t contactable for nearly one hour after we arrived, so was left walking round trying to find apartment and asking locals if they knew were said apartment was.Also no hairdryer as advertised complained to owner via text also telling him about our other concerns. After being out for the day we returned to find someone had come into the apartment without our permission whilst our personal belongings were there and brought hairdryer and cleaned oven.

We enjoyed our stay for the week and enjoyed cooking in the apartment. It would have been good if there were a few more utensils etc in kitchen to make cooking easier. Handle in the shower was broken. Pillows were not very comfortable.

The apartment was advertised as having a dishwasher and a hairdryer, neither of these were in the property. I did not expect to wash pans and dishes in the kitchen sink. The property looked good on the surface but not particularly clean in the corners. Oven in the kitchen was disgusting and needs replacing.

Floor could have been cleaner. A few essentials missing for example, bin for kitchen and bathroom. Corkscrew and bottle opener. Hairdryer was missing.
