It was nice and clean and really comfy felt like home really cozy

That you have to go through one bedroom from the other bedroom to the bathroom - was not advertised as this, therefore not suitable for 2 couples as we were. Only 3 dinner and side plates ! No tea towel or hand towels Oven and cooker could have been cleaner. Parking wasn’t available - had to use car park across way

It was clean. It was cheap. The beds were comfortable

Being informed by, presumably, the management that I would be charged an extra £80 because I had 4 extra people staying overnight in the property..when in fact if was 4 members of my family waiting for an Uber to take them to their hotel in Wylam. I had to chuck them out quickly. In the event the Uber was extremely late and they had to stand in the main street for a long time..2 of these people were children. I then didn't receive a reply to my message regarding this till the next day because of the lack of a phone signal. I was thoroughly frustrated and annoyed by this. The guests in the second bedroom had to go through the first bedroom to access the bathroom and toilet. Not acceptable with adults, or at least this should be made clear in the description of the property A television which was quite useless as there was no way without a code it could be accessed Not enough kitchen utensils, for example, a tin opener! No J cloth or pan scrub or kitchen roll..very poorly equipped No wifi
