Arrivati a Ryton, l hoste ci accolto benissimo, simpaticissimo,l'appartamento molto carino accogliente,,con 2 letti alla francese ,quindi x 4 persone camere separate, un divano per la 5 persona, cucina,ben fornita, con pochi utensili ma per arrangiarsi va bene, bagnio con vasca,soggiorno con TV, wifi, parcheggio privato, tutto sommato per brevi soggiorni è ottimo, ottima posizione,vicino a new castle e altri luoghi. Bella esperienza.
Nulla di particolare, mancavano alcuni utensili da cucina,arte dell arrangiarsi.

We had a lovely stay for two nights in 11B, and we would definitely book again. It is in a quiet location with zero noise at nighttime, good parking and it's close to shops for essentials, as well as close to Newcastle City Centre (20min drive). Only 15 mins from Beamish which is why we booked this accommodation.
I received a couple of messages via Booking.com and WhatsApp, stating helpful information like how to turn the heating on.
We hope to come again!
The plug catcher in the shower hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest, and there wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom.
Apart from this, the apartment was spotless and well maintained thoroughly, so I think it's just a few oversights while they start up.

Well situated, close to local supermarket and a few takeaways. Parking round the back of the building.
Flat clean and well presented. Kitchen down a couple of steps, plenty of space and cooking utensils etc.
Could have done with a basin in the kitchen sink to do dishes.
Second bedroom off first bedroom and bathroom an ensuite in first bedroom, we were with grandchildren so fine, not sure how it would work with 2 couples.

It was clean. It was cheap. The beds were comfortable
Being informed by, presumably, the management that I would be charged an extra £80 because I had 4 extra people staying overnight in the property..when in fact if was 4 members of my family waiting for an Uber to take them to their hotel in Wylam. I had to chuck them out quickly. In the event the Uber was extremely late and they had to stand in the main street for a long time..2 of these people were children. I then didn't receive a reply to my message regarding this till the next day because of the lack of a phone signal. I was thoroughly frustrated and annoyed by this.
The guests in the second bedroom had to go through the first bedroom to access the bathroom and toilet. Not acceptable with adults, or at least this should be made clear in the description of the property
A television which was quite useless as there was no way without a code it could be accessed
Not enough kitchen utensils, for example, a tin opener! No J cloth or pan scrub or kitchen roll..very poorly equipped
No wifi
