Good location right on crawcrook Main Street so handy for shops. Clean and comfortable and equipped with what you need. Plenty seating. Decent sized TV! Handy parking space at the rear. Indian restaurant 2 doors up is phenomenal!
The location of the bathroom isn’t ideal within the first bedroom. It meant staying in the second bedroom we had to disturb friends during the night to use the loo but we managed! I did see this in reviews before booking and as we were all close friends staying together it wasn’t a huge issue. When the sofa bed is laid flat to sleep on it tips up at the back?? …. again, not a huge issue.

The instructions were clear for check in and check out. For the money it was okay. If you’re wanting simple and aren’t planning on spending time there and cooking then perfect for you! It did us but definitely could have been better. There was wifi too it was good. Smart TV for all the streaming services!
The carpets were damp in the living room upon arrival. It wasn’t made clear that the bathroom was within the first bedroom. The apartment smelt so strongly of dog, my partner had to go get antihistamines from the shop as it was affecting him and it wasn’t made clear it was pet friendly on the listing. The hob was diabolical, tried to make tea on the first night took 40 mins to make a spag bol! There was no marking on the knobs to tell you what was what, it was a guessing game. Stated there was parking on the rear I had to park in the pharmacy car park around the corner. There was an empty bottle of washing up liquid and dirty sponges left - we had to buy replacements. There was a dirty pan left in the oven. There was a treadmill in the living room… we had two towels provided for 3 booked guests. On the last morning I’m sure it was mould on the further bedrooms blinds…
