Lovely place. Would stay again. Great base for days out in Newcastle and surrounding area.
Clean, comfortable and well located. Would stay again.
Only a few very minor things that stopped it from being perfect. Otherwise absolutely great. A few more plates and a colander, plus sharpened knives would have been appreciated. Also a hand towel and tea towel were missed. Bins outside hadn't been emptied for sometime, by the looks of it. Internet is only from a mobile router, and did struggle a little at times. None the less, we had a great time there. I would highly recommend this place.

Never more man…and we have paid 30 pounds more because of 2 hours earlier check in….

Owner was always interested just about money not caring about our issues….Be careful cause the kitchen is missing plates especially for soups…there are just small bowls probably for muesli for a breakfast…and 4 flat plates… In the shower upstairs the small plastic bottles for shower gel and shampoo were full of pure water!!! Could you imagine that!!!

Excellent stay.
The property was so clean and well put together. Me and my friends had a lovely time in there and felt extremely safe. We would definitely book here again, it also wasn’t far from where we needed to be (city centre). Owner was lovely and super helpful if we ever needed anything.

Perfect property for what we needed
Loved the layout and cleanliness of the property. Also the smart TV was fab.
A slight smell of damp, and the central heating didn’t work. However they did have heaters in the living room that warmed us up in no time.

I have nothing good to say about this place. It was awful. It is the worst place I have stayed in the UK. We would have walked out if we had somewhere else to go. Booking.com need to look at their review system as this place has very good reviews, even the day before we stayed. I am now very distrusting of the reviews on Booking.com.
The house was dirty. The floors were not clean and the kitchen had crumbs and spillages inside drawers and cupboards. The oven was disgusting. The garden was completely overgrown. The area wasn't very good and the parking was just in the street. The towels did not look fresh, we didn't touch them. The used sponge was left in the kitchen.

The location was good and the place was clean.
It looks nothing like the pictures. Yes, they took the pictures there, but they made it look so much nicer than it actually is with lightings and angles making it look really pretty, all the parts that need work were avoided in the pictures. It's ok - But it's not as nice as it looks and not worth what we paid imo.

Dirty house and overgrown garden
We checked into this property at 5pm on the 5th June and it was dirty. The kitchen and oven smelt so bad we had to open the door to air the kitchen. The cooker was dirty and smelt, the sink needed a good scrub, the skirting boards and entrance was filthy, the paint was peeling off some walls, you could not have slept on the sofa bed as the mattress was so thin. The fireplace was so dusted we wrote our name in it. The garden was overgrown and the grass has been left uncut for weeks. After 30 mins we left the property. We ended up having to drive all the way home so our weekend was completely spoilt. No apology from the owner and he then had the cheek to refund £4 from the £89 and lied that we had cancelled. We have now seen other bad reviews who state the same issue see 26th March 2025 review. See photos and video below

Really dirty property, disregarded owner
The only positive thing we found about the property was the fact that heating had a control where it could be set to go on and off at certain times, which was handy for us to wake up to a warm bedroom and arrive at a warm property.
Me and my partner were honestly and truly disappointed, as most reviews were excellent. However, that was not our experience, sadly. (see the pictures)
At arrival, we noticed the property had clearly not been clean. We found a huge white splash stain on the TV, all surfaces covered in dust or had stains (tables, kitchen counter, even bedroom bedside tables), floors had stains (sticky massive stain in the kitchen floor), stains on the couch and pillows, visible signs of dust and crumbs all over the carpet, the kitchen cupboards had food left overs (like sugar, rice and other nasty stuff all over), there was black sludge in the bathroom sink/tub, cigarette and other type of butts right outside the patio door and the bins were so full, we barely could fit our rubbish. We took photos of everything and contacted the property owner straight away. They only reply we got, was that the property had been cleaned the day before, they inspected it and thought it was fine. At this stage, we felt really uncomfortable. But couldn't afford to pay for another accommodation, so we bought cleaning supplies to be able to use at least some of the areas. We pulled sludge and hair from the bathroom and Dettol wipes we used for all the surfaces were black after use.
We complained directly to Booking.com to get at least the money back from cleaning supplies and even then it's chocking how the owner did not bothered to send an apology message. All we got was the standard exiting message to inform us we must leave by 10am...
Also, the WiFi was quite temperamental.
Note: There is a big sign at the entrance stating people need to leave the house clean.
In all our experiences using Booking.com or Airbnb, we never experienced such a dirty property and disregarded owner, that wouldn't even offer for a cleaner to come over. Which is a shame, as we have family in Newcastle, so it would have been nice to have a place future stays.

L'appartamento si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale, ma rischia di risultare un po' fuori mano, anche perché gli autobus che conducono al centro di Newcastle non sono così frequenti.
Si possono fare dei piccoli miglioramenti che renderebbero il soggiorno migliore, come, ad es., non consegnare un solo asciugamani (grande) per ospite o lasciare qualche dotazione in più in cucina, basterebbero anche solo dei tovaglioli ed una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo.
