Felt like a normal home wasn’t bothered by anyone

Very spacious flat, with comfortable double beds and a good living room. Quite warm. Easy access to the city centre.
The single bed wasn't comfortable. The stairs outside although small lacked a support like a handrail.

The flat was clean and ready to be used when I arrived, with towels provided and a good internet connection. It was also easy to access the property. The location was great for me as I had business in Gateshead, but with easy access to the city by public transport (underground). Managers were nice and communicated effectively, responding to questions promptly.
The neighbourhood is a bit run down and improving the entrance and cleaning the backyard would make the property more inviting for guests.
