Clean, comfortable & great for large groups

The bathroom was very spacious and was maintained with a high quality, the water pressure was surprisingly great just to top it off. The bedrooms are spacious and perfect for groups/family’s, the beds were comfy and clean with a towel on every bed, the dining area and kitchen were very clean and comfortable.

When we arrived the bins were fairly full and as we were there for a weekend couldn’t fit all rubbish in, there was a little trouble getting into the property however that was easily resolved by the owner.

Ok house close to city but too expensive for tired furniture and I was not impressed having to pay £250 deposit to a ran

Good location about ten mins drive from the centre.

It only has one bathroom and wc. Considering it sleeps 8 people one bathroom is not enough. It is tired looking and the beds are not so comfortable. Signs everywhere asking guests to strip the beds, empty the bins and wash up before leaving which begs the question what are the cleaners paid for? Garden was a mess, full of strewn empty alcohol remains.

Handy for big groups however not a lot of effort from host

- It was a very large and spacious apartment. - Comfy beds - Only 10 min drive from city centre so handy although there are no public transport links nearby.

- The host was not there when we arrived and had not gave us instructions on how to get in. We rang multiple times but they did not pick up so we were stood in the rain for a while. - The heating was quite complex and we were left with no instructions on how to turn it on, which would be helpful for future guests.

size , beds comfy , location, neighbours quiet , easy excess to property and had all we needed , nice & warm for a big property

property could just do with a bit of tic few touch up’s with paint , radiator cover fixing, carpet attention on stairs but for what we paid was very clean tidy comfy warm spacious

Nice spot, would return!

Big spacious house. Nicely decorated kitchen/living room/bathroom. Host left cereals out for us which was a nice touch. Easy communication with host. Good location for going out into town. On street parking right outside the property. Beds were comfy and clean.

- the shower was not working properly - it was smelling of weed as soon as we stepped in - the beds were uncomfortable -

Passable

Property needs some TLC, everything was falling apart, warn or in need of some maintenance. Requested early check in through booking.com heard nothing, so emailed property about early check in, heard nothing back, when we arrived they wanted an extra £25 to check in 45 minutes early even though the property was sat empty.

The toilet, kitchen area and dining space were spacious with complete amenities. It was enough to accommodate family with kids. Easy check in /check out process.

Decent place to stay for Newcastle City Centre

Good shower, beds are comfortable and the property is clean. Access code provided making check in quick and easy Quiet area minus trains when outside Big dining room for friends to sit eat and chat. Decent living room but Internet was unstable Local shop up the road and sainsbury 7 min drive

Photos on booking.com look to have been taken when freshly decorated and now there is allot of wear and tear around the property. I did get my deposit back so owner is aware of it but it was at the back of my mind during the stay. Deposit states cash on arrival but its actually Bank transfer and was £250 not £200 as stated on booking.com Train line very close but cannot hear inside.

Good location

The Deposit suddenly increased from £200- £250 which was annoying and i had to ask for it back when it was eventually sent (a day later than originally promised) I had to remind numerous times, ruined the experience of dealing with this company, very unprofessional.
