Great for a stay while we were working away from home

Stressful family break
From the pictures and description on the website this looked ideal for our family break. That was not to be the case - the best thing we did was vacate after our first night and move elsewhere.
This is not as advertised, on opening the front door we were faced with a steep flight of stairs with no handrails - not suitable for pensioners! Expected 2 bathrooms only 1 and a separate WC which was up a further flight of stairs wasn't even working and door doesn't close. Both double beds were broken, the twin room only had 1 single bed and the mattress for the other was in the cupboard space. The back door opens out with a flight of steps again there is no handrails or fence and at the top it's about a 3ft drop. The hosts/agents initially answered my phone call to advise of the issues, promptly did nothing about it and have since ignored calls and emails. Also failed to return my deposit or any refund.

Bed in front room is on a slight slope. Only 1 teaspoon!
