A warm and cosy, very quiet detached house, perfect for families with kids and dogs.

A wonderful family home with everything that you needed. Communication with the owner was very easy, directions and arrival instructions were very clear. The location is wonderful with floor to ceiling windows looking out to sea - and several pairs of binoculars to use as well. The property was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials in the kitchen cupboards. The central heating was toastie which was a necessity in December! It was close enough to be able to walk into town and the pier, etc. but far enough away to still be very quiet. All in all we can not praise this property highly enough, we had a lovely week.

Exceptional!

Everything! This is an exceptionally well appointed and exceptionally well equipped house, spacious and comfortable - by far the finest holiday home we have been fortunate enough to use. We made full use of Netflix and were only prevented from enjoying the beautiful garden by the autumnal weather. The welcome pack was most appreciated!

Brilliant home from home property

We had a great week here. The house was very homely and very clean. The garden was very inviting with lovely furniture to sit and enjoy the sunshine. It was very well equipped from shampoo and conditioner to foil and clingfilm in the drawers. Also tea, coffee spices and cooking oils...all the things that you need when having to remember to pack everything for a family! You can literally just turn up with your clothes. There was also beach fold up chairs and bodyguards to use. This really was a very home from home house. Great location for the area, nice 10min walk into Cromer and easy access to the surrounding area. Masala Twist indian takeaway was a great favorite. We would come back if we ventured this way again.

Fantastic stay, great location with spectacular views.

Spectacular views. Great location. Everything provided down to cooking oils, sauces and tin foil etc. Fully equipped kitchen. Garden was beautiful and great for dogs as safely enclosed so can explore without worry. Host was easy to contact, friendly and dealt with any matters speedily and efficiently. All in all a fantastic stay.

Calming, enjoyable, comfortable, fun.

The location is excellent, fantastic view of the sea, the house is full of big windows which is a real bonus for us as we love the light. Everything was just perfect, have never stayed anywhere before that is so well laid out, beds are wonderful, kitchen a dream, garden is just perfect for a small child to run round and adults to sit in peace. Nice to have good TVs to watch. Comfortable living room with an armchair looking out to sea. Proper cot and high chair supplied for the baby. Parking right outside and Cromer is just a walk away or drive with lots of parking available. Highly recommend.

Lovely house, great location

Location was perfect, only a fairly short walk into the town. The house itself had everything we needed in terms of facilities and is very spacious. Also nice to have an enclosed garden for young children to run around in.

A lovely relaxing stay with family and friends

House was perfect. Owner providing supplies above and beyond with regards to toiletries and cleaning items. Also a lovely Welcome pack. The house did overlooked the beach/seafront .

Excellent communication. Beautiful house and everything we could want was there for us. The location was great. Just a short walk to the town and lovely walks along the beach. Definitely would book again.

Our 4th stay in 3 years with all the facilities you could wish for-perfect, Will be returning!

The location is perfect, 10 minute walk to the Town and same in the car to Sheringham. 5 minute car drive to local supermarket. The owners are easily contactable and go out of their way to ensure a perfect stay.

it’s hard to fault this property and being really picky, maybe a KIng Size bed in one of the double rooms would step the accommodation up another level again. It’s Just a suggestion as the beds were very comfortable with a good nights sleep,

Amazing find

This house is immaculate, the gardens spacious and well set out. The balcony provides a fantastic view of the sunset. We felt at home immediately. There is everything you could ever want, including an amazing range of fruit teas. You can spend hours just sitting and watching the view. Despite facing a main coastal road, it is incredibly quiet. Easy walk to Cromer or East Runton. Already booked to go back in 2024 and can't wait.

The house was amazing with excellent views of the sea, spacious and extremely comfortable. It had everything you could possibly need and a good stock of children’s activities. We loved our stay and would love to go back. It was within walking distance into Cromer. Would 100% recommend it.

This is a large family house with space to spread out. There were lots of additional extras which made our stay 5* . Our host has gone to a lot of trouble to make this an exceptional home from home.

The fact that our holiday was over too soon. We should have booked two weeks. There is so much to see and do in the surrounding area.

The property is light and spacious. Extremely well equipped kitchen with every eventuality catered for. Some lovely touches too including puzzles, colouring books, pencils, crayons etc. The owners have truly thought of everything. some really thoughtful touches from a welcome back to full bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. A wonderful location just across from the beach as described. we will definitely be back!

beautiful property, beautiful location, 5 minutes walk and your on the beach or into the centre of town.

Great location on the main sea front road, great views of the sea, exceptional property, well maintained and looked after. everything you could possibly need from cleaning products to utensils was provided, even a lovely welcome pack of food and drinks. large garden at the rear with a seating area to enjoy the sun.

main upstairs bathroom was a bit small in comparison to the space in the other rooms with the downstairs shower room more spacious.

Fantastic (again)

Absolutely everything. This is our second stay and will not be our last. The house is lovely with gorgeous. views out to sea. This is the best equipped holiday home i have ever stayed in, Janet has thought of everything. We usually go out of season but in the summer, fully equipped for BBQ in garden or visit to beach with chairs, parasols and kids beach items (even boogie boards). its just amazing, cant wait for our next stay.

Lovely goody basket on arrival and very impressed with crockery/cooking utensils etc. Great selection of games and dvds. Owner went out of her way to print something fir me and deliver it to the house.

Very well equipped, owner was very helpful, there was a lovely welcome package, the rooms were extremely comfortable, it was warm and cosy, plenty of blankets, the ocean views were lovely as were the seats and binoculars to enjoy them. There were loads of games, interesting factual books and TVs in every bedroom with lots of streaming options.

Superb accommodation

I don't normally write reviews so this isn't as long as it should be. The owner has thought of absolutely everything. There was more in this place than we have in our own house. It was superbly stocked, with a great welcome basket and very comfortable. Probably the best self catering accommodation I've ever stayed in.

What an amazing house, stunning location overlooking the sea, perfect central location. When we arrived the house was spotlessly clean, there was milk & fresh orange in the fridge and a care package, wine, crisps, biscuits, tea & coffee, nice touch. There was plenty of cleaning products in the house to use, clean towels, beach towels, boogie boards, wind breaker & beach brolly, all for use. Big garden with a great bbq which again everything was left for use including bbq coals, matches , utensils etc. It really was a home from home, beautiful stunning location and a short walk into Cromer itself, lots to see and do there, Hot Rocks restaurant is a must! Could not highly recommend this property enough it’s great Janet 😊 The pictures as advertised are spot on exactly as it was when we arrived.
