Easy access to city. Good security.

Location is exceptional, near Twin towers and Bukit. Rooms are clean and provided with cooking equipment, washing machine and fridge. View from apartment is outstanding. There is free parking available
Breakfast as an option should be offered. Check in can be converted totally to self check in, and management should create a more friendly atmosphere

Location & that most of the flat was clean
We booked a room advertised as sleeping four, but it only accommodated three in reality: one double bed and one single. In the cupboard we found an extra mattress, but it had no sheets or covers—only a dirty, foul-smelling duvet. As a result, three of us had to sleep in the double bed. We asked for compensation, which staff agreed to, but it was never actually provided.
