Parkview Service Apartments

Needed somewhere to stay for a night after a day out, mainly shopping at the KLCC, before heading back to Bandar Sunway where our daughter was settling in to her university accommodation. Booked this place the night before as looked OK, location was good and price even better considering where it was, right on the doorstep of the KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Host had dumbed it down a bit with their description of the furnishings (i.e. don't expect a luxury hotel) so wasn't expecting much but was hit with a real wow factor when we walked in - this is an excellent, very spacious, nicely furnished and well kitted out modern apartment. Clear instructions were provided for obtaining the apartment keys from the locked mail box and help was on hand from the security/reception desk where we needed to initially check in with.

Only here the one night! Would have loved to have stayed longer, another time perhaps.

The parking is not free, which was an additional inconvenience. The TV channels were also not local Malaysian-friendly, offering very limited local content. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, causing YouTube to buffer constantly and making it frustrating to watch anything online.

I stayed at Parkview Service Apartment Kuala Lumpur in Room 2213 from 13July to 15 July 2026.Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The apartment is in an excellent location,within walking distance of KLCC, the Petronas Twin Towers, restaurants and convenience stores, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining.The room was spacious, comfortable and equipped with the basic amenities needed for a short stay.

There are a few areas that could be improved, such as updating some of the room furnishings and paying more attention to small maintenance details.However these did not significantly affect my stay.
