Location was excellent. Just a few minutes away from KLCC, HRCKL and eateries.
Not forgetting, it is accessible either you drive or taking public transport. Check in process was good though it may be confusing at the beginning. If you're driving and require parking there will be another handling it. For 3 days, i forked out RM40 for that.
Let me be frank. Since the moment we checked in, we found out that both wifi and Astro are not working. Informed the in charge person, he acknowledged the issue but never solved it until the day I checked. Neither updating on the situation nor communicating to clarify.This is very frustrating. This is the only setback that we encountered with the property.

The owner replied to my every query
No hair dryer
The stove didn't work
They won't let you check in before time and the time is 3. They're not flexible about it
They say they'll keep your luggage if there is time in check in but charge 10 ringit per luggage.
The curatain railing was broken so the light wakes you up in the morning. I'm early riser so had no issue but those who sleep till late is an issue..

Really liked the location, so close to KLCC and have tons of shops nearby for food and all necessities. Great views too
No water filter or a source for water. The tap water smells funny so that was a bit of an inconvenience

The location was the best part about this property and the aircon. Easy access to the pool.
The room was dirty and had some bugs
