I liked the general area of the building, but unfortunately there was no access to the main street form the building. I had to walk around the back streets to get to the main street.
There were two Air conditioners in the room, but only one remote for the one over the bed. The second in the lounge/dinning area was a different brand and I could not get that one to work, meaning the one over the bed was blowing cold air over the bed all night. I ended up with a very nasty cold. When I whatsapped the host there was no response to this request for a remote to operate the second A/C.

I liked my stay very much. The studio is big, clean, comfortable bad and the host is easy to communicate with.
The room is not soundprood, there was a party outside one night and I could hear them, but not that bad.
