Era un lindo apartamento en el piso 16. Con vistas a la ciudad. Cómodo para nuestra familia.
Encontramos el baño con mucha agua y tuvimos que limpiar. Además a la hora de pedir instrucciones para entrar creo que hubo una confusión porque contactamos al número que dice la reserva y nos dijo que contactáramos a otro, pero luego nos devolvieron con el anterior. Eso en un país extranjero puede preocupar un poco.

Very nice clean apartment, it is situated near klcc twin tower.staf always active and friendly. Definitely I will come back again

Facilities are good. But we don’t use them, just for sleeping and bathing only.
Slow responses. Checked in at 04:20pm as room was not ready at 3pm. No parking provided but mentioned free parking in the facilities. Need to find the nearest car parking available. Too expensive, total around RM35.
