Found the right desk to collect keys. Host is quick to reply to WhatsApp’s. Bed was extremely comfortable, apartment was large.
Discovered after booking (did I miss the fine print?) that I need to pay cash to host who comes to the room to collect! 4 reception desks as there are 4 different hotel names all located in the same building, didn’t know where to look. Sent WhatsApp to host who provided photo of correct desk. Bedside table had cracked glass. Hair dryer was broken, host provided new one at 9pm - too late for the occasion. Hot water ran out after first shower! Host advised I was supposed to turn a switch on! Never have I ever needed to do that. We couldn’t get the TV to work. You need to empty the garbage on leaving. View from room was of the city & street below. KL Tower as seen in advert, is visible from the pool or rooms on the other side of the building. Petronis Towers are blocked by the next building.
