Clean and very convenient location

Location and amenities are good. Staff is professional. Good peaceful stay. Clean rooms, security in place. Alexandra is very professional and responsive.

Great location

Cleanliness is a basic obligation, not a negotiable service add-on. A hotel room is expected to be clean by default, just like a restaurant is expected to serve safe food. Saying “you should have given feedback to change rooms” shifts responsibility from the hotel to the guest, which is unreasonable. Guests are paying for a clean, usable room, not for the opportunity to troubleshoot hygiene issues. The need to complain in order to receive a clean room already means the service has failed. Feedback is meant to improve service quality, not to activate minimum standards. Moreover, cleanliness is not subjective or preference-based. Dust, stains, odors, or unhygienic conditions violate industry standards regardless of whether the guest speaks up. A guest should not have to inspect, negotiate, or escalate just to receive what was promised. Price does not redefine basic standards. Charging a cheaper fee may justify fewer amenities, smaller rooms, but not false advertising. Bed are sunken in too The photos will speak for themselves I hope more people are aware of the truth
