A relaxing, peaceful stay in a beautiful location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay in this cottage overlooking the Hokianga Harbour. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. We spent as much time as we could sitting on the deck enjoying the peace and quiet of the area and gazing at the view. The location was perfect for us to explore some of the surrounding areas of Northland and we were able to make some easy day trips from there. The cottage is very tidy, well furnished and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, excellent aircon. The place was spotless on arrival. The hosts were very easy to communicate with...always prompt to reply to our comments and queries. We certainly hope we may have the opportunity to return here in the future.

Good place to stop at road trip through Northland

Small but well used. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The bed is comfortable and the small kitchen is fully sufficient.

Wifi wasn’t stable and the fridge should be fastened to the wall.

Staycation.....in the beautiful Hokianga.

The whare felt warm and comfortable 😌 Had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxed weekend away. The deck provided us with beautiful spectacular views of the hokianga. The welcome email provided all the finer details we needed to find and use everything for our stay. Can't forget cuddles with Sandy the local cat too.

The room with the bunk beds in it smelt funny. Was almost a faecal smell. The top bunk also didn’t have a duvet. The outside furniture was the wrong height for the view on the balcony. It needed to be higher so that the view wasn’t cut off by the balcony railing.
