Payments and refunds are managed by the website booking providers. As a host, we will agree with requests from the booking provider to issue you with a full refund, if requested. The booking provider is responsible for actioning the refund. A refund of the service/booking fee is at the discretion of the booking provider, although to date they have refunded service fees for cancellations due to Covid-19.
