Magical spot and lovely bach. Very comfortable, well set up and good indoor and outdoor spaces. The harbour is very peaceful and less windy than many places in NZ. Nice walks and swimming beaches nearby.

Pluses: Great location, views, decks. Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Well equipped. Close to Fishing Club (pub/ restaurant)/ boating/ kayaking.
Minuses: Extremely limited water supply, shower had no drainage, musty bedrooms, no bug screens. Steep driveway and stairs may be an issue for some.
