Very bright large house with a breathtaking view on Trasimeno lake and a swimming pool!

Breathtaking views and well-kept grounds, wonderful balcony sitting area with a a stunning view! The washing machine is a big PLUS and there is a Laundry rack on the balcony! The hostess is very responsive. Gave all the necessary information and was in touch. The pool is wonderful, there was also a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno from there, but we were the only ones there. One thing: an incredible number of mosquitoes and some horseflies, so either take something from mosquitoes or better to be in the water.

some aspects of the house cleanliness need to be sorted out and the hostess was happy to know this so she could fix it. Nothing critical, but it bothered me a little

Lovely traditional dwelling in the Umbrian countryside

Spacious and well-equipped, with a wonderful view! Communication with the owner and the caretaker was attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay enormously!

Nothing! Endure to bring mosquito repellent, given the lake nearby - this has nothing to do with the house which has mosquito screens - but it's needed outdoors during the summer. 😉

Het huis ligt op een mooie Locatie met prachtig uitzicht over het meer. De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en we hadden genoeg informatie ontvangen over de omgeving en bezienswaardigheden.

Werkelijk prachtig huis en omgeving! Het wordt naar ons idee wat verwaarloosd. Wij hebben geen personeel gezien en het zwembad is prachtig maar lijkt niet te worden schoongemaakt en de bedjes zijn stuk, dus niet echt comfortabel om een hele dag door te brengen helaas. In de keuken en badkamer daar functioneerde niet alles naar behoren. Het was gehorig door geluiden van medebewoners (bovenverdieping)op ongebruikelijke tijdstippen zelfs snachts om drie uur.

Fantastisk fin og sjarmerende leilighet med ubeskrivelig flott utsikt. Stor plass både på soverommene og i de to stuene. Mye skapplass. Alt du trenger av tilbehør på kjøkkenet som var innredet i en gjennomført retrostil. Velfungerende kjøleskap og ekstra fryser. Vaskerom med vaskemaskin og rengjøringsutstyr. Velfungerende aircondition i tre rom, ellers fantes det flere vifter slik at det ikke var noe problem uten aircondition på kjøkken eller i den ene stuen. Myggnetting var et pluss. Privat inngang og vi satte stor pris på privatlivet leiligheten og eiendommen gir. Gode parkeringsmuligheter. Bra internett i leiligheten. Rent og behagelig i hele leiligheten. Flott basseng med dusj. Jevnlig vedlikehold i løpet av oppholdet. Nærhet til dagligvarebutikker og mange flotte steder å besøke, som Asissi, Perugia, Passignano sul Trasimeno, Spello og mange fler! Meget hjelpsomme og imøtekommende verter. Får ikke fullrost stedet eller opplevelsen vi hadde ❤️☀️

Det aller meste var perfekt, men solsengene trenger å byttes ut. Kun tre senger, to var ødelagt. Ellers flere stoler tilgjengelig, ingen parasoller. Et fint overbygg så ma kunne få litt skygge. Dersom flere gjester er der samtidig ville det vært for liten plass rundt bassenget, men vi var heldige og var stort sett helt alene ved bassenget de fleste dagene. Medbrakte flytemadrasser var virkelig nødvendig for en optimal sol/bad ferie. Tv tilgjengelig, men hadde vært en bonus med smart-tv, slik at man evt kunne benyttet streaming apper, evt benyttet chromecast. Noe støy fra motorveien, men ikke nevneverdig sjenerende. Skulle vært en uke til😊

La posizione molto tranquilla di un totale relax. La piscina ottima per bambini. L'appartamento dotato con assolutamente tutto il necessario. Ci tornerei volentieri! Un esperienza da consigliare!
