Breathtaking views and well-kept grounds, wonderful balcony sitting area with a a stunning view! The washing machine is a big PLUS and there is a Laundry rack on the balcony! The hostess is very responsive. Gave all the necessary information and was in touch. The pool is wonderful, there was also a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno from there, but we were the only ones there. One thing: an incredible number of mosquitoes and some horseflies, so either take something from mosquitoes or better to be in the water.
some aspects of the house cleanliness need to be sorted out and the hostess was happy to know this so she could fix it. Nothing critical, but it bothered me a little

Spacious and well-equipped, with a wonderful view! Communication with the owner and the caretaker was attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay enormously!

Endure to bring mosquito repellent, given the lake nearby - this has nothing to do with the house which has mosquito screens - but it's needed outdoors during the summer. 😉

Het huis ligt op een mooie Locatie met prachtig uitzicht over het meer.
De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en we hadden genoeg informatie ontvangen over de omgeving en bezienswaardigheden.
Werkelijk prachtig huis en omgeving! Het wordt naar ons idee wat verwaarloosd. Wij hebben geen personeel gezien en het zwembad is prachtig maar lijkt niet te worden schoongemaakt en de bedjes zijn stuk, dus niet echt comfortabel om een hele dag door te brengen helaas. In de keuken en badkamer daar functioneerde niet alles naar behoren. Het was gehorig door geluiden van medebewoners (bovenverdieping)op ongebruikelijke tijdstippen zelfs snachts om drie uur.
