Nice comfortable stay.

Great location. Clean and good facilities.

A little problem at the end we had only been given one key to the room and we unfortunately locked the key in the room and was unable to get any response from the staff for over 2 and a half hours. Which didn’t help our exit time.

Beautiful memories

The location is excellent, it is located on the lakeside in the walking area, restaurants and terraces, close to the ferry station. A few steps away, you can discover the historical center, a jewel of the beautiful town of Passignano sul Trasimeno. Among the narrow streets, small viewpoints open up over the lake. The building is renovated and well maintained, with a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a relaxation area. The room is spacious and very clean, tastefully decorated in the smallest details. The linen is of high quality and impeccably clean. The host awaited us with cold drinks in the fridge, which we appreciated considering the heat outside. She was always attentive and communicative, so we felt very good. We highly recommend it for a stay and you made beautiful and memorable memories. Thank you Loredana, see you next time!🤗

Comfortable and well cared for place in great location. Lovely place in great location

The location is fabulous. Just a bit quieter part of town yet with lake right across the street. Easy to walk anywhere from here. Very nice bed and shower. Bar Del Sol right next door is a treasure for breakfast and more.

Beautiful little lake front house, managed by the friendly owner herself.

A cute little lake front house, newly renovated and spotless. The delightful owner host was friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations re, restaurants etc. A very spacious room with a useful small sort of kitchen area and there was a little garden with table and chairs to sit in the shade...it's very close to the ferry and an easy walk to the station.

There could be some more shelves to put things on and a coffee making appliance would have been a lovely addition, but the cafe outside sufficed.

Fantastic beautiful lake view in Passignano.

Passignano is perfection. Relaxing, beautiful and friendly people. Located in middle of the waterfront restaurants and gelaterias. Beautiful view from room. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer.

We should have booked the room with bigger kitchenette with cooking facilities but that was us not reading listing properly.

Just the view

The house looks nice on the outside and the view is great, apart from that it is a normal room nothing out of the ordinary. The Wifi is also stable.

Opening the windows in the evening is not recommended because there are insects coming in, luckily in this period no mosquitos, but i can imagine in one month.

Excellent stop off for a short stay

Excellent location, once language barrier resolved (our fault as we expected a level of English which is naïve for any traveller to expect a host to speak my language - I should have learnt more basic Italian) keys were picked up easily by exceptionally friendly hosts. Room was perfect with an awesome view of the lake. Good bar/s right next door. Lovely old building. Bathroom is quirky as is up some wooden stairs, so may not be good for people adverse to stairs, but we found it perfectly ok

bed was a bit soft so ended up with a sore back, but this is a personal preference - that' all really

The only thing that can be improved is the breakfast kitchen . It could have a basic items like fork and plates. But fact it has a small breakfast bar is already great.

Rather difficult to park a car, AC not operating last night, WLAN out of order first day. No dishwasher. Owner is really nice person, but difficut to communicate with if you are no native speaker in Italian.

Tranquillo e comodo

Posizione perfetta a 20 metri dal lago. Comodo raggiungere a piedi il molo dei traghetti ed il centro di Passignano per visitare i numerosi negozietti e i locali. La rocca e il centro storico sono a portata di gambe, ma c'è da affrontare una discreta salita. La camera è pulita e ben arredata, stile rustico probabilmente di recente restauro. Curiosa la sistemazione del bagno, raggiungibile attraverso un corto corridoio ribassato che fa da disimpegno. Dalla finestra si vede il lago e appena usciti dal cancello si raggiunge il bar a fianco, comodissimo per la colazione. La signora ci ha accolti all'arrivo e spiegato brevemente il funzionamento di TV, climatizzatore e frigo.

Un paio di minisaponette per le mani, oltre al flaconcini per la doccia presenti sarebbero state gradite, ma va rapportato alla categoria della struttura, che non è un hotel, va ricordato. E' un suggerimento costruttivo :-)

Toccata e fuga sul Trasimeno

Struttura intima, con poche stanze in una posizione ottimale.. non abbiamo avuto bisogno di farmacie o supermercati, ma molti punto ristoro in un perimetro di max 600mt. Vicino anche il battello per i traghetti per andare a Castiglione ad Isola. La stanza, nello specifico, nuova pulita e con aria condizionata funzionante. Bagno ampio, con ventola. Possibiltà di posteggiare l'auto in un posteggio privato, senza dover pagare.

Non ho particolari segnalazioni da fare rispetto la struttura, ma tra le cose da segnalare c'è la fastidiosa presenza di insetti verdi simil zanzare (ma che NON pungono) in tutto il lungolago, nell'aria e in prossimità di punti di luce. Si schiantano addosso, nei vestiti, motivo per il quale consiglio di sedere all'interno dei ristoranti/osterie che troverete. Le finestre della nostra stanza, erano dotate di zanzariere, quindi super consigliato 💪🏽

Fantastisch♥️

Wat een fantastische ervaring in Italië! We zijn ongelooflijk goed ontvangen in een prachtige studio met een sfeervolle inrichting en leuke hoogteverschillen die het extra bijzonder maakten. De studio was van alle gemakken voorzien – werkelijk aan alles is gedacht, en het voelde direct als thuis. Een speciaal woord van dank aan de eigenaresse. Toen de achterruit van onze auto in Rome was ingetikt, heeft zij ons direct en volledig belangeloos geholpen. Dankzij haar betrokkenheid konden we de auto veilig parkeren en weer even op adem komen. Haar hulp en empathie hebben onze vakantie écht gered. Deze plek is niet alleen schitterend om te verblijven, maar ook een voorbeeld van hoe oprechte gastvrijheid het verschil maakt. Wij komen absoluut terug!

Ottima posizione sul lungolago di Passignano, posto incantevole bagnato dal Trasimeno. L'appartamento è super consigliato, dotato di ogni confort e vicino a tantissimi locali dove mangiare. Posizione strategica per visitare Perugia e dintorni. La proprietaria, sig.ra Loredana, persona squisita e molto cortese prodiga di consigli e suggerimenti su come godersi al meglio la vacanza. Ottima esperienza!

Fantastica casa storica situata proprio di fronte al lago e a pochi passi dal centro. Possibilità di parcheggio privato a poche decine di metri dalla struttura. Camera pulita e con tutti i comfort, anche per poter fare colazione. La proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio.

Purtroppo le finestre non sono molto insonorizzate e si sente molto il passaggio delle macchine sotto casa. Alla notte ci siamo svegliati più di una volta per il rumore. Peccato per questa cosa, comunque è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.
