Gem of a place!

Great apartment. I felt like I was at home. It ticked all the boxes for me. Also, it was in a great location, close to the train station, bus, and 10 min walk to supermarket. Train takes you to Florence main station too. Furthermore, the host Margherita was excellent. She also left some food staples and wine for me when I arrived. Thank you so much...will definitely stay here again ❤️

Comfortable apartment with a perfect lakeside location

Margherita's communication was clear and she waited in the flat for our arrival. We walked from the station wheeling our cases. She was very friendly and told us all we needed to know. She was able to accommodate a couple of specific requests that we had. The apartment felt as if it could be a home, not just a holiday let, as it was so well-equipped and comfortable. The location on the lakeside was perfect, with views from the window at the front over the ferry pier, and over the little shopping street at the rear. There is an excellent pasticceria in this street, and a small supermarket off the nearby town centre car park. There are also plenty of restaurants. This is such a lovely place that it might get very busy at the height of the summer season.

One of the best equipped, clean and well located appartements we have stayed in

Margherita was a fantastic host, met us early at the property, had stacked the kitchen with all sorts of goodies and the appt had every imaginable appliance. The appt was spacious, light, extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. The location could not have been better; right in the centre near the restaurants and overlooking the lake. We loved our 4 night stay here and highly recommend it.

Gita al lago Trasimeno.

Location bellissima e appartamento curato nei particolari. Non nuovissimo, ma accogliente e pulito. La padrona di casa ha davvero tanta cura nel dotare la casa di tutto ciò che necessita.

Gli insetti, chironomi.... Assolutamente inoffensivi, ma una vera invasione. Non sarebbe male dotare anche la camera da letto di zanzariera, in modo tale da fare arieggiare la casa ed evitare l' uso del condizionatore, tra l'altro l'aria del Trasimeno è bellissima!

Viaggio sul Lago Trasimeno

Non mancava nulla, c'era tutto l'occorrente, persino anche una bottiglia di prosecco. L'appartamento era centralissimo e si affacciava sul lago. La signora Margherita è stata gentilissima con le spiegazioni di dove parcheggiare l'auto, inoltre super cortese nel fare il check in anticipato.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, un appartamento molto confortevole, dotato di tutti i confort. l'unica cosa personalmente il materasso troppo morbido, per il resto andava tutto bene.

Nell'appartamento c'era tutto il necessario, anche del cibo di prima necessità, caffè, detersivi, spugne etc etc, sembrava di essere a casa propria

La mancanza di zanzariera nella camera, purtroppo aprendo la porta finestra entravano gli insetti tipici del posto e i gechi, inoltre il divano letto scricchiolava a ogni movimento

Gita al Lago Trasimeno

Mi sono piaciuti la gentilezza della signora Margherita, la vista sul Lago, la vicinanza al centro e all'imbarco dei traghetti per le isole (proprio di fronte all'appartamento).

Non riesco a trovare nulla che non mi sia piaciuto dell'appartamento, che era completo proprio di tutto.

Pulizia. Assortimento di accessori. Dispensa generosa.

Posizione. Avevo avuto conferma dallo staff della vista lago ma in realtà la vista era abbondantemente coperta dalle folte e alte chiome degli alberi. La foto sul sito è ingannevole.
