Charming countryside home with friendly owners

Staying at the Coccole really felt like going back to my family’s house in the countryside. But the stars on this property are the owners. They really make you feel like you are visiting your family. They deeply care about your experience there and about their house. The location views from the terrace are great, in the middle of some olive fields and vineyards and with the Trasimeno at a 10 minute drive. The pool is perfectly taken care of, there are plenty of games and activities for the little ones. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you may need or want for your stay.

Retired couple relaxing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for visiting attractions in Tuscany or Umbria. The accommodation was well equipped and clean.

It was unclear what we should do with our waste which was in several recycle containers. No one came to empty them in the week we were there and no obvious place to empty them. Not a real problem as we could have asked via Google Translate!

Cosa ci è piaciuto???? Praticamente tutto, dalla casa super pulita alla piscina, il parcheggio sotto l appartamento....il prato sempre perfetto con i fiori ben curati e gli ulivi a fare ombra per le pennichelle dopo pranzo.

Che siamo dovuti rientrare a casa perché avevamo finito le ferie....

Settimanella deliziosa

Siamo stati una settimana con i nostri due bambini in questa struttura pensata proprio per tutti, dai più piccoli ai più grandi. Il signor Alberto e la signora Laura di una cortesia e correttezza assolute. All'arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare seggiolini, lettino da campeggio, la biancheria e anche una coccola per la prima colazione del giorno dopo, ci siamo sentiti veramente accolti. La piscina, la casetta di legno, i giochi e i libri per bambini hanno reso questo posto un nido per tutti noi. L'orto con i loro prodotti, gli animali come il gallo, le galline, la gattina, tutto ci parlava di cura. Una fresca veranda ha accompagnato le nostre cene con vista stelle assicurata in assenza di nuvole. Da lì coi bimbi siamo andati sull'isola Polvese, dove abbiamo pranzato in un ristorantino immerso nel verde con davanti la spiaggia vista lago, abbiamo mangiato bene e con la giusta quiete, peccato solo per il lago che aveva il livello di acqua molto basso data la mancanza di piogge . Ci è piaciuto molto anche il borgo di Passignano dove siamo tornati più volte. Torniamo a casa felici, con il desiderio di tornare nelle prossime estati.

Séjour confortable à Tuoro Sul Trasimeno

C'est un séjour parfait que nous venons de vivre chez Alberto, Laura et Giada. De l'accueil chaleureux au départ entouré par la famille, tout s'est passé mieux que prévu. Une magnifique piscine et un appartement parfaitement équipé. Situation géographique idéale pour visiter une grande partie des villes de Toscane et d'Ombrie. Surtout l'atmosphère familiale qui règne permet de se sentir chez soi et en vacances. Merci et certainement à la prochaine fois.

Geweldig verblijf met hele aardige gastheer en vrouw

Mag ik een 10+ geven? Want dat zou mijn beoordeling zijn. Ik ben daar na een hectisch jaar geheel tot rust gekomen. De gastheer en vrouw zijn echt heeeel aardig en doen alles om verblijf prettig te maken. Ze Spreken alleen Italiaans maar zijn heel handig met Google Translate en we zijn tenslotte in Italië, niet in Nederland. wij hebben het Niet ervaren als een probleem. Appartement is netjes zuiver en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hadden een geweldig verblijf en gaan zeker een keer terug
