Nice flat, well equipped and a very responsive host

Very nice flat in the old center of Passignano sul Trasimeno. The flat is lovely, very tasteful furnished and well equipped with everything you need. The communication with the host was fantastic.

The bell tower is ringing every 15 minutes and this is very annoying during the night. The balcony was not very clean as ist was full of pigeon poo.

Wow!! What an amazing place. Definitely a 5 Stars accommodation. The apartment was very clean and comfortable from different aspects. Large and spacious, a comfortable sofa, well equipped kitchen. And a very comfortable bed, after a day of sightseeing and various activities that bed was the perfect place to rest and restore your energies ready for the next day. And the location with a beautiful balcony with amazing views of lake Trasimeno you are actually staying in the heart of old Passignano and a few minutes walk from amenities including restaurants cafes and food shops and the beautiful promenade along river Trasimeno. The best place I have ever been in a very long time. I 100% recommend staying here for a short week or longer period like me a week. Sad to leave such a beautiful place. Un appartamento meraviglioso! Lovely apartment (but not for light sleepers)

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town, a very tasteful refurbishment preserving the original character. There is a lovely view of the lake from the balcony.

Not a problem for us but the apartment is right beneath the old bell tower and the bell tolls every fifteen minutes (one ring for each hour and one for each quarter hour). This could be a problem for a light sleeper so be aware.

Perfect apartment in great location

Tons of character. Felt like the house had be renovated to a very high standard. Very spacious, very clean, everything you need is provided. Location in Passignano is fantastic. Mosquito nets are provided and great addition. We loved the balcony & the (sunset) view from it. Patrizia was very responsive and very friendly via whatsapp! Baby high chair was provided and in good condition. We had a fantastic stay.

Not a negative, but good to know; baby cot is available but provided without mattress & sheets.

A charming and unique stay in Tuscany

The location is very unique situated in the heart of the old town. The apartment is beautifully renovated and comfortable. Patrizia is a wonderful host who goes the extra mile to ensure her quests enjoyment. You truly feel like you’re living in a movie in Tuscany.

The bells every 15 minutes took a night to get used to but become white noise quite charming thereafter.

There wasn't airconditioning. The walls are thick and I'm sure it doesn't matter if below 30 Celcius. But we where there when 35+ in the daytime.

A butiful historic apartment in the heart of Umbria, I couldn’t recommend it more!

Alla Rocco del largo was beautifully presented with old world charm and modern convenience. A perfect example of a charming and historic Italian hospitality.

We had a little trouble with the instructions for entering the property but as soon as we found the correct door there was no problem.

L'Umbria è bellissima!..."dimora", leggere la recensione

L'ubicazione della camera in una palazzina dentro a un borgo medioevale

Difficoltà per trovare un posteggio soprattutto se si rientra tardi. Non mi ha soddisfatto la fase di prenotazione che ritengo possa indurre all'errore. Si legge "Alla Rocca del Lago Dimore" e come foto principale appare la vista di una bella cucina, ma in realtà mi sono ritrovato in una semplice cameretta, con spazi molto angusti, dotata di "accesso in comune" cioè ingressino con a sx entrando la porta (con un grande vetro semi trasparente) per accedere all'appartamento con uso cucina, e dritto la porta (anche questa con un grande vetro semi trasparente). La cameretta era dotata di un angolino con piccolo frigo, bollitore e macchinetta per il caffè tutte collegate ad un'unica presa tripla (sicurezza?) e li vicino un biglietto con scritto "divieto di consumare cibo in camera".... Rientrando nella nostra camera una sera è uscito "dall'appartamento" un signore (con accento emiliano) che era uscito per controllare chi stava entrando.... lui pensava di essere da solo e anche lui ha avuto problemi con la prenotazione perchè aveva chiesto un tipo di camera ma stava per essere mandato in un altra. Il signore ha raccontato di aver "discusso" con la proprietaria per ottenere quanto aveva chiesto (parole sue, non mie). Non ho letto in fase di prenotazione da NESSUNA PARTE "accesso comune alla camera e all'apprtamento". Per fortuna andavamo solo a dormire la sera ed il resto del giorno eravamo a visitare i bellissimi paesi/città dell'Umbria. Ho sempre prenotato su Booking e sono stato sempre soddisfatto, questa volta un pò meno. Un ultima cosa: su un altro biglietto c'era scritta che la tassa di soggiorno andava lasciata "cash". Io non volutamente, sono andato via "senza pagare i € 6 dovuti per la tassa di soggiorno"!! Mi ha contattato per questo motivo e immediatamete ho fatto il bonifico dei 6 euro dovuti.

Un posto dove la storia ha lasciato i suoi racconti sulla terra e nel lago

Posizione rialzata e panoramica luogo tranquillo e pulito host cortesi ed attenti arredi belli e non banali ristrutturazione curata facile accesso alle strutture del paese. ottimo per un weekend di storia

porta d' accesso un po' leggera, ma non si percepisce nessuna sensazione di rischio. Parcheggio non vicino all' appartamento a causa delle limitazioni del traffico ed al fatto di trovarsi al centro di un borgo medioevale. Comunque sono pochi decine di metri dalla porta del paese.

Situata dentro il borgo medievale, si respira tranquillità e pace, ha una vista pazzesca sul lago. Inoltre la proprietà è gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi ora. Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole.

Appartamento romantico nel centro di un borgo suggestivo. Organizzazione da migliorare.

Posizione dell'appartamento a ridosso della torre dell'orologio nel centro del borgo; Appartamento ristrutturato da poco con gusto; Dal balcone si può godere di un bello scorcio di lago (non direttamente dalle finestre).

Non ho trovato le indicazioni per le aree dove si può parcheggiare gratuitamente per nulla chiare (bisogna bypassare una ztl e sbagliare svolta potrebbe costare caro). La struttura non fornisce posizione gps di queste aree perché, pare, il rilevamento non sia affidabile (?); Wi-Fi in camera da letto arriva molto debolmente e spesso la connessione salta. In bagno il segnale non arriva proprio; All'arrivo non era presente acqua in bottiglia, anche se quella dell'acquedotto ci è parsa bevibile (almeno una farebbe piacere averla all'arrivo o almeno rassicurazione sulla bontà di quella pubblica); Mancanza di shampoo/bagnoschiuma/sapone doccia per "dimenticanza" dell'housekeeping, risolta con intervento guidato da remoto della cortese host (per una volta che entrambi li avevamo dimenticati..); Appartamento tutto sommato pulito, anche il bagno, ma un po' polveroso in alcuni punti (lanugginetta).
