Exceptional Stay in a Wonderful Place in the Heart of Umbria

Our stay at Franca and Serafino's home in Passignano sul Trasimeno was wonderful and it was a time that will remain in our memory for a long time. The apartment where we stayed was modern, perfectly equipped, and extremely comfortable. A major advantage of this place was undoubtedly the access to a beautiful, green garden where we could relax and enjoy the tranquility. Franca and Serafino are the hosts everyone dreams of during their travels! From the first moment, they made us feel at home. Always smiling, warm-hearted, and ready to help in any situation. Their kindness, local tips, and warm conversations made our stay truly exceptional. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, especially for the wonderful surprises like the delicious cake, fruits, and for showing us the magnificent views. If you're looking for an authentic experience in Umbria, with an excellent location and hosts who treat guests like family - look no further. We definitely recommend it and hope to return to this paradise on earth in the future!

Casa confortevole e ben attrezzata

La struttura è dotata di tutti i confort necessari per riuscire a garantire un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La signora Franca è super disponibile e gentile, sempre pronta ad aiutare i propri ospiti. A causa della pioggia, purtroppo, siamo stati impossibilitati a svolgere diverse attività che ci eravamo prefissati, ma lei ci ha “consolati” con dei cantucci e del Vin Santo fatti in casa. Bellissimo soggiorno sul lago

Bellissimo appartamento nuovo e dotato di tutti i comfort, fantastico per i bambini perché dotato di un bellissimo giardino . Ottima posizione per visitare il lago e anche per visitare l’Umbria . Accoglienza fantastica dei padroni di casa Franca e Serafino che ti fanno sentire come a casa . Grazie , torneremo presto a trovarvi

Indimenticabile

Oltre al fatto che la casa è incredibile, dal soggiorno alla cucina, e dai bagni alle camere, nulla era fuori luogo e siamo stati comodissimi. Il giardino è spaziale e bellissimo con tutte le rose e gli ulivi, fare colazione fuori è davvero il top. Ma se devo dire quello che ci ha soddisfatto di più, è la signora Franca in sé. Ospitale, amichevole e soprattutto estremamente dolce.

Che avevamo fissato per pochi giorni, ci sarebbe piaciuto rimanere un po' di più.

Tutto perfetto

Casa spaziosa e moderna dotata di ogni comfort. Pulitissima. Bellissimo giardino, silenzioso e con tanta privacy. La signora Franca un'ospite impeccabile. La struttura ha davvero superato le nostre aspettative e sicuramente ci ritorneremo se ci ritroviamo in zona. Adatto anche a chi viaggia con bambini per i giochi e il giardino.

Gern wieder für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt am Trasimeno See.

Es war einfach alles perfekt, super gepflegt, ruhig und absolut komfortabel. An der Ausstattung hat einfach nichts gefehlt, das hat man selten. Die Gastgeber waren unaufdringlich und super nett.
