The location, the amazing people that run it and the food. The room was lovely, the people are wonderful and friendly and the food is truly fantastic. A great place to base a visit to the Peaks in, there are walks from the door.

Location. High quality evening meal and great beer
While cooked breakfast was very good, rest of breakfast was limited. No fresh or tinned fruit, no yoghurt. Only cornflakes for cereal and small amount of bread. No croissants or cakes. Very limited selection overall. Room was fine but small for the price.
