Lawton Street Rooms

Very friendly staff. Large room with great facilities. Lovely bathroom

The room & bed were lovely & big and the provided cereal boxes & bars, were another welcome addition for my stay.

The noisy people walking past in the street below at 6am, presumably thoughtless workers, or late at night. It disturbed me if I had the window open trying to get fresh air into the room. One night, two cars were speeding along the road at 2.30am in the morning. All the metal steps I had to climb up and down to get to the room. But as there was a good handrail< I could manage it with my arthritic knees.

Lovely clean room in a central location. The information received beforehand gave us all that we needed to find and enter the property. Nice touch to provide cereal and milk for the morning. As well as good tea/coffee facilities and water. I would recommend.

I was on a hike and the town centre location was suited to my needs.

The post code took me to the wrong location. The towel rail in the bathroom was in need of a clean. There was not enough milk for the cereal provided for breakfast. The attached restaraunt is fine if you want a burger, something deep fried or a pizzs, but if you would like to see a couple of healthier options on the menu, this would not suit.
