About this apartment rental
A comfortable apartment totally refurbished in 2020, located next to Garibaldi Square in a very lively and animated area. Near the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, it is also only 2 minutes away from the tram stop Garibaldi Le Château that connects the airport.

This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, living room with a sofa bed, TV and a balcony.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle.
Access
Apartment is ideally located between Garibaldi Square and the Harbor, less than 5 minutes away from Garibaldi Square’s tram.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Garibaldi Square and Place du Pin are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 10 minutes on foot. Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 100m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 500m away on the Harbor.
Train station « Nice Riquier » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Promenade des Arts.

For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

Garibaldi/place du Pin is a great area, close to public transit (tram direct to airport), with lots of bars and cafés, and restaurants, but r Casini is a busy street and it is noisy.
The apartment is small, for cooking 2 burners and a microwave and there were no condiments, no cleaning products etc. But there are lots of traiteurs where you can get prepared food to reheat.
The sofa bed is comfortable. There is a small TV but it is not connected to the internet so no Netflix.

Stayed here with 3 girls. Location was pretty good, about a 15 minute walk to all the beach clubs and main town, food places etc. Beautiful terrace view. Only complaint was that the building itself was very run down. The apartment was great, updated and clean but walking into the building there were some bugs and was a bit run down. Other than that our stay was great and we’d rec this place for the great price and location.

Great apartment and location! Right on the edge of the old town, and 1km from the ocean. Stayed here for Ironman World Championchips. Enjoyed it very much

Property is nice, but it is noisy at night, due to the nightlife in the area. It can be hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper.
