A lovely family house Located in a quite area which is very relaxing.
Fully equipped open plan kitchen, inviting living room with a smart TV.
The medium sized garden with a terrace is excellent for families with children.
The train station is a 3 minute walk from the house. The train takes 20 mins to get into the city. There are restaurants near by as well as a shopping mall.
For those who enjoy the outdoors, the area is safe for going on long walks, runs or bike rides.
In the summer swimming in the Alte Donau is a must just 1 minute from the house.
This house can be considered your home away from home.

A very nice place to stay in 8 people, really close to Alte Donau (a lake where you can swim), like 1 minute walk to jump in the water from the nice pier.
There's a bedroom in the ground floor, and it was very good for elderly people. The stair is a bit steep, not good for them. The space is huge and there's also an enclosed garden.
I liked it very much and reccommend it to groups and families.

This was a great stay for our family of 4 young adults & 2 parents in our late 50’s. We had plenty of room and even having one toilet was not a problem with good scheduling :). We came in winter so the weather was a bit dreary; however, I can imagine summer would absolutely lovely and being next to the Danube would be a real treat. Candace was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Thank you for a great visit to Vienna!
