I booked this place for my elderly parents. They allowed them to check in at noon, which I was grateful for. The location was excellent, 5 minutes from the main station, which allowed my elderly parents to travel easily.
They asked for a 300+ euros guarantee before we were able to check in. This was quite surprising and frustrating.

Petites attentions: Dosettes de café, nécessaire cuisine (condiments, huile, vinaigre), sèche cheveux, serviettes, petit guide sur Avignon. Grand plus: cet appartement est véritablement "vivable", ce qui est rare pour une location saisonnière, je m'y serai vu être locataire. Propriétaire réactif, échanges agréables.

L'emplacement était conforme à la description. L'appartement est vraiment en centre ville, proche des restaurants et à 10 mn environ du Palais des Papes.
Il n'y a pas de parking contrairement à la description et la climatisation est un affreux bricolage autour d'un appareil portable bruyant avec un tuyau qui évacue l'air chaud en ouvrant une porte fenêtre. J'aurais dû venir avec un rouleau d'adhésif pour faire tenir le morceau de tissu qui évite que la chaleur ne s'engouffre aussi vite que l'air chaud est évacuée. Ce n'est pas ce que j'appelle un appartement climatisé.
