Everything, this is a nice and well decorated apartment in the heart of Avignion! The host is very charming man who gave us plenty of recommendations what to see in the region.

Location was Great! 5 minutes walk to everything in old town Avignon. The apartment was clean and cozy. Jean-Philippe met us on arrival and gave us a friendly welcome and explained everything, including recommendations for good eats. Parking is a 3 min walk to the Halles store parking structure. Front door opens right out to street shops. We felt like we were locals.
If you cannot climb stairs or you travel with lots of baggage, this is up 2 flights of narrow stairs, we were good with it, but take note. The bedrooms are on the street side and double pane windows keep out the majority of noise, but occasionally midnight revelers can be heard. In France two bathrooms does not always mean two toilets, there is one toilet and two baths with showers here.
