The location of this gem was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated, it’s close enough to walk to tours, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast on our private balcony was delicious and the variety was amazing. Tiziana is lovely, kind and made us feel like family. A piece of my luggage was stolen on the train and Tiziana went out of her way to pick up toothbrushes and toothpaste, offered to wash our clothes (the thief took all my clean clothes and toiletries) and her mother made us a wonderful dinner when we finally arrived. She even brought my 23 year old a small cake with a candle for his birthday. They did everything possible to make our stay unforgettable.
This was as close to perfect as I can imagine. Our only issue was the couple in the next room watching tv loudly at 1 am.

Our host was amazing. She went the extra mile for my partners birthday and our earlier celebration. She helped us with luggage to the room and met us outside the property. A Valet comes pick your car up. Really modern room with a big shower. Great location for Sorrento and the port area. The elevator had maintenance so we couldn’t use the 2nd day but that is out of our hosts control. Definitely recommend

Tiziana is one of the greatest hosts I've ever seen. We were at NeroBianco for 2 days as part of our honeymoon and she made such excellent small gestures meantime, including bringing us prosecco to say congratulations and recommending us boat trips and good restaurants. The room was very clean, breakfast was fantastic! We'll definetely stay at NeroBianco when we go to Sorrento again. Plus, it is quite close to the city center by walking (like for 5-10 mins).
