Unfortunately, we were 3 days late due to a medical emergency and could not get a refund for those days; so we paid for 6 nights and only stayed 3. Our view was also completely covered by a large tree full of bats, so we were unable to view the sea or the fireworks on the water. The breakfast was lacking; however, the coffee was good. The staff was friendly enough, the reception more so than the restaurant staff. The room was pretty dirty: dirt on the floors, hair everywhere, clogged shower. Great location to reach everything and surrounded by groceries. It was overpriced in my opinion for the lack of care. We however loved Sorrento and would go back, but I would try a different hotel.
