Great location, close to central piazza & bus station.
Heater eventually worked great(January stay) & shower pressure/hot water/shampoo/soap was very welcomed.
Sufficient bed coverings & pillows. Plus extra blanket. And they serviced the room each of the 3 days!! THIS WAS EXCELLENT!!
Luggage bench/closet space was so helpful.
Elevator to 3rd floor!
Room was very clean.
Photos accurately reflect room/view.
Easy to walk down to port to get on boat to Capri.
Easy walk to bus stop to take boat to Amalfi coast/Ravello.
Restaurants/shopping within walking distance.
Good/reliable communication with host.
When you walk up from bus stop and see the Orange building sign: it’s NOT this building!
Entrance to actual building is much scarier and does not reflect actual room. The listing should show exterior of building for an honest listing.
Bathroom window does not secure so it would be open upon my return at night and the room was FREEZING. Plus it takes a long 20 minutes for room to warm up.
These comments do not detract from a well-priced room in a good/safe location.

Location was quite good despite having a bit of a walk to get downtown.
We found a great cafe nearby that served a good breakfast on a cute patio.
Accommodation was good. Anna was very helpful to us in booking a trip and also in finding an emergency dentist!
We didn't like that we were initially put in an apartment with the shower door missing (it had broken and not been replaced). When we complained we were told that there was no alternative but luckily we bumped into the property manager who intervened on our behalf and we were moved next door, which was all good.

Beautiful balcony but there were scaffold in front of balcony under construction .
