The location is really good, central and close to all the attractions in Sorrento. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station. The room was clean and had all basic amenities. We really enjoyed the balcony too.
The host was very nice, she sent us in advance multiple instructions on how to reach the place, let us leave our luggage in the hall for a couple of hours and was very responsive during our stay.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable one.
One thing I would change is charging extra for any kind of cleaning or extra supplies. To charge 20 euros/towel and 30 euros/cleaning on a 5 night stay is simply outrageous...I can understand a small surcharge but for a longer stay cleaning must be done for free especially since this is not a cheap accomodation to start with.

Mancanza di termosifoni per chi viaggia in inverno (condizionatore del tutto insufficiente e mal funzionante) con 16 gradi in camera a gennaio, televisore sprovvisto di cavo antenna e telecomando tv non funzionante. Lenzuola macchiate.

La localisation est parfaite. Un balcon permet d’avoir une vue dégagée malgré les immeubles alentours.
Kitchenette bien équipée , salle de bain agréable. La chambre est propre. Les instructions données par la propriétaire permettent de trouver facilement le logement.
Avec l’annonce sur booking nommée « loft » , le descriptif et les photos, nous pensions qu’il y avait une chambre séparée. En fait non , c’est une chambre avec un lit double et un canapé lit . La kitchenette est dans la chambre, la salle de bain est à part .
La propriétaire nous a envoyé une annonce d’un autre site qui décrivait beaucoup mieux le logement, dommage que ce n’était pas la même sur booking ! C’est une location qui est bien pour 2 mais pas pour 4 personnes, aucune intimité, très peu de place place pour ranger ses affaires , difficile de bien dormir en étant 4 dans une petite pièce.
