The location was excellent, the staff were all lovely, the view was stunning, the breakfast was delicious, the bar was really fantastic, great drinks and comfortable chairs, the spa was relaxing

Great location close to town, comfy bed, clean and modern, complimentary drinks and a fridge, access to free filtered water, great pool, lots of comfy chairs and lounges, great Buffett breakfast, stylish hotel, stunning bar and garden. We were there for some free entertainment in the garden on a warm night which really improved our experience.
Guests were reserving and hogging all the pool lounges by putting their towels on them. We didn’t get a lounge until mid afternoon. Even though there is a sign with rules it’s is not policed

The hotel itself was beautiful, immaculately clean, a warm water kids pool was very useful and the staff were more than pleasant, the hotel is a five minutes walk to the strip, so very central and on the two occasions that we had lunch at the hotel, I thought the food was lovely.
We had a family room, although dated in comparison to my mother-in-law's, who had a pool view double I was not prepared to pay anymore for a weeks stay and in the end I was glad to have to have had a much bigger room, although to pay the price we did not to have 4 actual beds was disappointing; instead 1 double, 2 pull-out additions.
A few things which I felt let the room down were the fact that they did not have a to-the-floor wardrobe. I understand this hotel is popular for hosting wedding parties, so I was surprised that none of the rooms had floor-length wardrobes. there were also limited hangers, and although cups were provided, no teas or coffees. The drain in our bathroom next to the bed smelled badly however, this was intermittent, therefore we did not report it as we were out the majority of the time.
I feel the price paid at this hotel, £2,855.54 for a week, two adults, two children, beginning of May was very expensive, especially as I found the breakfast options/quality very poor for a star hotel. As mentioned above I found the lunch that you can pay for lovely, but the breakfast buffet was nowhere near the standard. I do understand the location of the Amalfi Coast is a costly area; however the room and breakfast element of this hotel is 3 star not 4.
