Location was great. Hosts were very helpful. Coffee machine was very appreciated. Room was clean. Netflix and Disney was a good touch and was used, though i would not say this is a reason we chose the property.

little more kitchen equipment. Shower tended to spill into bathroom. Light fitting in bathroom needs fixing.

Location is exceptional as advertised.

Many issues that were frustrating and could be fixed with little input. The shower leaks, big time no matter how careful you are. Leaving a mop and bucket by the shower is not a solution. The entry door sticks so much that you have to give it a big thump to open. The light at the entrance was not working. The blinds in the loft no longer work and are dirty and frayed. The following are suggestions that would return this place to being worth the money paid and ensure a fabulous stay: Respond to messages we were unable to work the TV and no response from the hosts despite two messages sent via Booking.com over 3 days. Provide a fan in the loft as per one of the photos in the welcome package. Provide a drainage rack for the dishes. Provide more than one tea towel for guests staying more than 2 nights. Provide a bin with a foot pedal so that you don't have to use your hands to open the lid every time. Provide the "welcome package" that was advertised and include sugar, salt and pepper as the most basic of condiments. And finally some wine glasses would have been nice to use.
