The room was poor in size, no coffee machine or possibility to make one, the light in the is very poor. Better don’t sell th ooo s and similar rooms to paying customers.

The Pizza in the restaurant looked like. Second hand and is not coming very cheap

Radisson every time!

The rooms are very nice, the building is located in the central area. Located near public transportation. Nice restaurants nearby like Burgers & Shakes.

The breakfast is every day the same, no variations no different than the day before. Small breads, dry and hard, salmon is losing its freshness on the dry plate! The overlooked thing is that variations are often more appropriate than just eggs and cheese every day! At night time the breakfast location is an Italian restaurant that has lots of visitors. Quality of the pizzas are good en the pasta are excellent. Still need some shifting on the breakfast!!!

Just adored this place!

I loved this property. We checked in at a desk by the door using an online checkin. So efficient and easy. Lovely Italian is next to it and is absolutely beautiful! Kitchenette and all equipment is amazing- everything is thought of! Proximity to tram is great and there is a small mall about a minutes walk and supermarket is amazing! Would totally stay here again!

As newcomers to the city, we were incredibly grateful for the warm welcome and outstanding support from the staff, especially the intern team, who were professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They patiently guided us with directions, transport tips, and local recommendations that made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable, but what really stood out was the genuine hospitality. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and ready to help. We were so impressed with the service that we’ve already booked the same hotel for our return trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zürich.

It was a perfect and enjoyable stay!

It’s our first visit to Switzerland and we had enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room facilities are amazing and the room is spacious too. They have private car park (chargeable). The airport is 12 minutes away by car or you can ride the tram which the station is only 3 minutes walk from the hotel. And it’s around 17 minutes to get to the Zurich city. We highly recommend this hotel especially if it’s your first time visiting Switzerland. It’s convenient and the location is easy access to the public transport.

Would stay again without breakfast

Welcoming and helpful staff. Nice room with comfortable bed and great shower. 25 mins tram into centre. 5-10 mins from airport. Good supermarket very close and quite a few good restaurants nearby.

Breakfast is a bit chaotic. Food runs out and they are not quick to replenish. Also they like to clear away 15 mins before the given end time

Lucky we have a very nice weather

Close to airport and train station. Have some shop and resto.

Not enough soap and shampoo. We stayed there for long weekend. First day I put on the floor so they notice empty. When we came back still not refelling. So i still use it and i add water until empty. The next morning i ask the staff at we needed soap and shampoo. We wait so long until never coming. And we dont have to wait more because we need to leave.

Lovely stay at this hotel

Friendly and very helpful staff, very clean rooms with comfortable beds. The suite is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare your own meals if needed. Breakfast was plentiful and sufficient. The parking garage is just behind the hotel entrance with large parking spaces and lift into the hotel. The #10 tram to the city was just across the street and it was so easy. 30 minutes each way. We had dinner at Luiga in the hotel…good reasonably priced food and great service. It is a less than 10 minutes drive to the airport…very straight forward and next to no traffic. I would definitely stay here again!

Price was steep and the breakfast was nothing special for 30chf….but of course it is Switzerland and high prices are to be expected.

The lights were great for a vibe/ mood in the room but not ideal / not efficient or as bright for task lighting . Need real lighting in ceiling cause it’s too dark to be able to do things in the room.

Average- the mini kitchen was useful.

The room was reasonably sized

The communication wasn’t good. We contacted them three times about putting a cot in the room and when we arrived late in the evening due to a delayed landing there was no cot. The bathroom shower floods the rest of the bathroom. The rooms were a long way from the lifts with luggage and a small child.

Great location of the hotel. 10 minutes by tram from the airport, and half an hour by tram to the center. The staff is very friendly and nice. The rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable. It's very cozy. Downstairs by the reception, there is a large lobby, there are plenty of sofas, tables and chairs, so you can relax. Of course, if you arrive earlier or leave later, you can leave your luggage for free. Very pleasant stay at the hotel. Big recommendation. If you need anything, there are 3 supermarkets near the hotel, they are well equipped, which is great.

⭐ 1 out of 5 – Poor Service Starts at the Top

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing, starting with the front desk. The welcome was unprofessional and chaotic. The staff member checking me in was clearly untrained, overwhelmed, and left entirely alone without support from his team or management. While his colleagues managed to check in several guests swiftly, this poor individual struggled for over 30 minutes to hand me a room key. He had no understanding of basic procedures, identification requirements, or the reservation system. To be clear: I do not blame him. I blame the management. It is unacceptable to place an untrained employee on the front line without guidance or backup. When I later received a call from the manager, I attempted to offer constructive feedback about the lack of training and structure. Instead of listening, he reacted rudely and tried to offer a room upgrade to silence my concerns and avoid a negative review. This kind of leadership failure cannot be resolved with a room upgrade. The problem is systemic and starts with poor management, not individual staff. I won’t be returning.

The room was very clean and the staff very nice

The laundry didnt work as expected and took over 5 hours to dry our single load of clothes. It cost us close to 30chf to do laundry on something that should have costed 6. Very expensive and disappointing

Short yet wonderful stay!

The room was clean, big, with great room facilities. There wasn't a wardrobe but the cabinets are HUGE! Very convenient for those with lots of luggages! The bed is big and comfy too, however I did request for two separate beds instead of one large, it was two beds put together so there's no point, but it was only one-night so I didn't mind. The gym was small but it was nice and clean. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to experience the restruants and public spaces, but it looks very nice and cosy. The location of the hotel is convenient too for public transport and it's near two small discount supermarkets, very avoidable comparing to general cost of Zurich.

Some of the lights didn't work as the switches were non-responding.

Nice short stay!

The location was perfect for us, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the bedroom.

The staff could be nicer, especially with a pregnant woman, I had to wait twice at the reception. Also, there was a problem with the check in (PC) and the girl didn't really care at first, we had to insist. We also had a problem with our card during the stay (at 2am when we got back and wanted to sleep) and we had to wait for it to be fixed, the receptionist didn't even apologize. The bathroom was not very well cleaned (hair and stains)...

Aside from check in process & few staff, the rest of our stay was good !

Natalia was so nice & helped us check in coz we were told so many times room were not ready & almost 4 PM! We asked staff to let us know but ignored us especially an Indian lady at the reception ! She said 10 minutes & after almost 15 minutes she just ignored us but checked in people who were there after us ! She wasn’t nice at all to us & other customers coz we watched her being mean. But Natalia told us she will do what she can to help us & she did!

The check is process was late & employees were inconsistent of what they told us. 3 of them just not very nice . Natalia was the best !!

Check in and out is overly complex, cant even get into the building without a card. There is definitely something relaxing about handing someone a passport and getting a card back. You should be paying me to fill out my life story on a touch screen for 10 minutes, program a room key and do your job for you. To be fair, its a residence/suites and not intended for travelers, but hotels around airport were booked solid due to cancelations. Alternative check in/out for travelers would be something to consider. Also signage is subpar, finding the ground level rooms from the lobby was like solving a puzzle, which at midnight after 16 hours of travel and cancelations was not appreciated.

The hotel is perfect for short stays - ask for a room on the upper levels. 1st floor is very dark.

The location is perfect to get to the airport, but also Zurich main station. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was rather dark and lights did not work properly. There was a fridge in the pathway of an already small room and no space or rack to put the suitcase. This had to sit on the floor.

The room was too small . I booked 2 room for 6 people but the hotel didn’t give any extra bed for kids .. we have to adjust 6 people (4 adult 2 kinds ) only 2 beds

very enjoyable hotel

This hotel is close to my office, hence it's my go-to when I am in Zurich. So far, I always had great experiences. The room was very quiet, I enjoyed the virtual check in and checkout. the Breakfast at Luigia a little expensive but very high quality. Everyone I met of the staff has been very kind.

The lights in the room are a bit tricky: there are a couple of lamps but I like a lot more light usually. The offer of tea could also be improved.
