Aretis sea view house

Elli and Ioannis were lovely hosts. There home is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is in a marvelous location opposite Agios Rafail Church, so you have the most amazing view looking onto the sea as well as the church. Pachyammos is a very small village with no supermarkets so it is best to bring everything you need with you. It was a perfect base to explore nearby villages and always have this home away from home to come back to. We will deffinately be visiting again!

The only fault we found was the lighting in the shower and kitchen but this is nothing major. 🙂

Amazing, well-equipped house. The view is indescribable — stunning. It has a big yard that includes a traditional wood oven and a BBQ, trees that give shade all day long, and a lovely big hammock that two people can get into and enjoy endless relaxation. Mrs Elli, the owner, is very accommodating and helpful; she even took the initiative to contact me and advise me about the local area and which beach I should visit. All in all, this is certainly a must-visit, and I will personally make it a frequent destination on my upcoming excursions. Perfect for couples, but it also has extra rooms for families with children.

If I have to definitely pick something, a minor inconvenience is the lack of pressure in the water faucets, but this can be expected in a countryside house.

The house is located in a truly unique location: where the mountains and the lush forests meet the wild blue sea, staying at Aretis sea view house allows you to enjoy both the mountains and the sea, which is a rare find in Cyprus. The house is cozy, very quiet and provides enough for a few days of a getaway in nature

It would be great to add a smart TV to the property with the ability to watch Netflix, or play YouTube during the days when the weather is bad and you’re staying inside. Moreover, there is a rather dangerous wooden beam in the corridor, I hit my head on it, if a person is tall, that can be dangerous. I would suggest to place something soft on that beam to avoid accidents. Also, when I arrived there was only one capsule for the coffee machine and I stayed for 2 nights. Apart from that everything was great, although there is still some room for improvement to make the place truly exceptional. I will recommend the property to my friends

Location is just perfect for those who value peace, silence and being close to the nature. Marvelous sea view, fresh and air, evenings in front of fireplace, listening to the sound of waves. We'll definitely will come back one day...
