Very spacious and clean place. Our family especially liked that the kitchen was well equipped.
Across the street is a fruit market/farm witch grows their own things. We were there when the dragon fruit season was on and it was just wonderful.
The backyard (and its furniture) needs a little upgrade and maintaining.

Comfortable villa, clean and a good base for exploring the region. 15 minute walk to the harbour, 30 mins to the old town. Supermarket opposite was very useful. Pool was spotlessly clean, although not warm enough to be used yet. Lovely hot showers, plenty of towels and bedding.
There is no privacy in this villa. It is a semi-detached villa squeezed between two large villas on a corner plot, with a tiny triangle of land in which to sit in the evenings, adjacent to and overlooked by the neighbours' patios. The pool area is shared with the other 3 properties and overlooked by properties on all sides. We enjoyed our stay as were were out for most of the time and just used it as a base, and the neighbouring villas were unoccupied for most of our stay, but we prefer somewhere with enough outdoor space to BBQ/relax in private in the evenings
