This is a nice, clean, one-bedroom apartment that is close to many of the things you want to see in Paphos. The host is very good at communication; the key instructions were clear and easy to follow. The bathroom is generous, with good hot water and water pressure. The kitchen is fully appointed with a large refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a drip coffee maker. It was easy to self-cater. The bed is comfortable, and since it is in its own room, I didn't wake my wife when I got up early. There is a nice balcony as well. It is a good value. The beach is a short 5 minute walk, and the Archaeological Site of Nea Paphos is just 15 minutes away. There are plenty of places to eat and mini markets all around and a super market about 7 minutes away. Wifi is good and there are plenty of places to charge electronic devices. There are several bars in the area that you can hear from the balcony at night, but we didn't hear anything in the bedroom, which is on the side away from the street in the flat we booked (Lakrias).

There really wasn't anything at all that we didn't like. We would recommend it. There are stairs to get to the flat if that is an issue for you, but it wasn't for us.

The location was just perfect , near to the mall and beach , there were a 24/7 market just over the street

It could be a bit cleaner. As everyone said it was really noisy because of the bar , but overall we could sleep normally even without ear plugs. If you are sensitive for noice select another apartment this one is not for you

It’s a very nice apartment, well located and close to the beach.

Unfortunately, there is construction currently next to the property, which is pretty noisy in the early morning. Earplugs can solve it!

It was not clean. Balcony was full of hair. Sofa was dirty.
