Luxury two bed Kato Pafos flat

Has everything you need - washing machine (also detergent!) hair dryer, iron etc. Plenty of space and good AC in each room. Centrally located - harbour and restaurants just outside the door and a supermarket nearby. Demetri the host was very kind and friendly on WhatsApp and very responsive to my queries. Parking is a bit hit and miss behind the complex but there is plenty of parking close by. I would come again if visiting paphos.

The entrance to the property is up two sets of stairs and there is no handrails. The first set of stairs is broken and uneven so if you’re a bit older or have any mobility issues it isn’t very safe. Even when I brought down my suitcase I had to be super careful on the last set of stairs. It can get pretty noisy at night - I was ok because I had earplugs but if you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue!

Duże wygodne łóżka. Bliska odległość od promenady. Blisko do restauracji, kawiarni i sklepu. Wewnątrz czysto. Balkon z widokiem na ulicę.

Mieliśmy problem z trafieniem do obiektu, nawigacja pokazuje całkiem inne miejsce, a gospodarz nie podał przed przyjazdem wskazówek jak dotrzeć do obiektu. Dla innych gości podpowiedź: apartament znajduje się po drugiej stronie ulicy, na przeciwko kawiarni Pingouino. Utrudniony kontakt z gospodarzem. Na pytanie czy możemy zostawić walizki na jakiś czas po wymeldowaniu nie dał żadnej odpowiedzi - zignorował moje pytanie. Brakowało podstawowego wyposażenia kuchni w takie rzeczy jak kawa, herbata. Okolica bardzo głośna, muzyka gra do późna w nocy.

The apartment was very spacious and well furnished. Location was perfect for access to the seafront and restaurants .

The apartment is clean and well-appointed, with most of the items you need in the kitchen. The mattresses were comfortable and there were beach towels for us to use. There was also a small amount of food in the flat, which was very welcome because we were delayed and arrived too late for dinner. The aircon worked well.

It is opposite a building site which started between 5:30am and 6am every day except Sundays. Between that and the fact that the restaurants don’t quieten down until midnight or 1am, we survived our holiday on about 5/6 hours sleep. This really spoilt our stay. While the noise was not the host’s fault, no one offered to compensate us for this either, which would have been appreciated since the host company must have known about the building site when we booked and could reasonably have foreseen that there would be significant noise.
