Villa Elina

The place was great. Pool, ocean view from the balcony, windows everywhere, working air conditioning, working appliances, barbecue and washing machine was a +. The landlord Kostas was a very friendly and hospitable guy that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and address any issues we would have. He always has a positive attitude and is knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely stay here again. My kids are going to miss the pool and the cats of Cyprus. The house is conveniently located on the main bus line to all of the places you need to go and the beach is a 5-6 min walk away Oh, and if you eat at Melania's restaurant around the corner make sure to get the pork souvla and pita bread. I haven't had pita like that for decades.

The showers are a bit small but it's not a big issue.

Lovely property which had an en-suite double room downstairs great for elderly relatives, a double en-suite upstairs as well as two twin rooms so excellent space for the family.

Location wasn’t ideal, but not an issue if you’re happy to walk 10-15mins to find places for food and 10min walk to supermarket. We didn’t mind, but was tricky for elderly relative who had very limited mobility. Bus stop 2 min walk away provided additional good options.

Lovely spacious villa with large bedrooms, and great facilities in a good location with easy access to bus transport. Kostas was friendly and helpful. Pool looked lovely (bit chilly to use it for us). Three showers/bathrooms with an emersion in case of cloudy days.

The water pressure is quite low in two of the showers. The downstairs one was best so we used that the most.

Location was convenient and host was very friendly. Villa was a good size.

We travelled in winter so didn’t expect hot weather. However the villa was freezing. There were no mats, bath mats etc. I’m sure it would be fine in summer but this villa shouldn’t be available to rent in the winter. Very basic furniture and really could do with some updating and repairs done. Was not very clean either. The hot water pressure was terrible - in the one bathroom the hot water barely ran.
