Cosy, immaculate and what a hostess!

This is a beautifully presented cosy comfortable apartment. It's outstandingly clean, and there was a lovely tray of tea, coffee and Tunnocks goodies for us! Joanne is a brilliant hostess - the communication between us was just fantastic, and she really went the extra mile to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to ask if there was anything else she could do for us. Really made us feel welcome - and looked after! A star in the bnb hostess business!

Excellent stay, beautiful apartment, lovely host.

It was in a quiet area but close to shops, restaurants and takeaways. It was cosy, exceptionally clean and was very comfortable. It had all you needed , clean towels, bedding etc. Lots of little touches, like welcome tray which was really appreciated, welcome card,slippers, tissues to name a few. Really nice balcony to sit out on. Myself and my sister in law had a lovely stay. Joanne is a great host who was in contact with us through messages to see we got in okay and any queries was promptly answered. Would not hesitate in recommending to friends and family and would definitely stay there again. 😀

Couldn't fault any part of the holiday, the apartment was excellent as was the location and the host has thought of everything that you could need. Communication with the host prior to and during the stay was also great. Would recommend 100%

Had a fantastic time at Kincraig. Lovely, clean, spotless, quiet well located apartment. Joanne the host has thought about everything with a lot of little touches which made our stay home from home. Nothing was too much trouble for our host , checking from time to time we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay but at the same time allowing us to relax in this quant wee apartment. Will definitely be back. Worth a visit folks.

Joanne the owner, was a brilliant host. She met us on day 1 and kept in regular touch to ensure everything was ok. Apartment was in a great spot for Ayr beach and also convenient location for exploring the wider area.

A few coat hooks on back of doors would have been handy.
