Clean, great location. Quiet area. Out the way of the hustle and bustle, while having the beach on your doorstep.
Only thing for me is I did not realise it was the 2nd floor and no lift. So bear that in mind if you have mobility issues.

The apartment was perfect, it had everything that you would need for an enjoyable stay. It is clean and well laid out for comfort and ease. It is in a great location for exploring Ayr and the surroundings are quiet.

Convenient location close to town, the beach and local leisure centre. The flat was in a secure block and had everything we needed for a good stay and included parking which was what we needed. The flat had the facilities we needed. It was compact but well equipped for a short stay.
Nothing about the flat itself. It was great and Joanne was an excellent, attentive host. Being close to the beach means you get the benefits of the weather, which included wind and because the flat is on the top floor you hear it when the weather is wild. It's not anything anyone can do anything about but if you are light sleeper it's something to consider.
