We should have read the previous reviews more carefully, as the (un)cleanliness had already been mentioned several times. The photos of the accommodation looked promising; reality was quite different. The bed linens looked unwashed and some had stains, as did the towels, which had simply been thrown into the cupboard. The furniture and beds were worn, and there wasn't enough crockery in the kitchen. There was mold visible in several places in the bathrooms. Overall, the apartment was unclean and unhygienic; a thorough cleaning had clearly been neglected, something others before us had already experienced. Unfortunately, despite our immediate complaint upon arrival about the condition of the apartment and a paid cancellation request through Booking.com, the provider refused our cancellation, and our money was gone. We immediately decided to look for another apartment (also on a different platform with a better protection policy). Lesson learned: next time, read all the reviews to avoid trouble and unnecessary extra costs.

El departamento está super sucio. Dejaron comida echada a perder. Los muebles super maltratados y viejos. Las camas hundidas, cero cómodas. Almohadas sucias. Baños llenos de moho. Nada que ver con las fotos.

Me encantó la ubicación y el espacio del departamento ya que éramos un grupo grande y estuvimos muy cómodos por las áreas tan espaciosas de la propiedad. Nunca tuvimos problemas por falla de energía eléctrica o desbasto de agua. Es una zona muy segura y con una gama de restaurantes para diferentes gustos.

Nos faltó una vajilla más completa y creo con un poco de mantenimiento general el espacio sería maravilloso.

Me cambiaron el lugar que pagué en último momento, el lugar que me dieron por la misma zona pero no era igual … no estaba limpio cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar a que nos terminaran limpieza, no nos dejaron ni toallas ni papel de baño , ni jabón para baño , no había cobijas extra … se notificó al arrendatario y no resolvió… la verdad muy mala experiencia …
