Lovely appartment in safe area

Lovely apartment in a very safe part of Mexico City. The bed and sofa was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The washing machine worked and the shower was hot. Staff has to open the front door, and there was almost always someone there. It is easy to walk to the metro stations and the parks in the area. It is safe even at night. Taxis were relatively easy to find in the area and traffic wasn't too bad most of the time. We used the parking garage one weekend for a rented car and the staff was very helpful in organizing this for us.

The laundry room did not have any thing to hang laundry on. There is a dryer, but none of our clothes are dryer-friendly and need to hang-dry. There had been something attached to the wall for this purpose, but it had clearly been taken down and not replaced with an alternative. When I asked the staff they just referred me to the dryer and did not really care when I tried to explain that it was not a possibility.

Great option for you stay in CDMX

The location is fantastic! The staff is super friendly, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. I feel really safe and comfortable walking around the neighborhood.

The Parking Elevator for the cars is a bit of a squeeze, but hey, it’s still better than no parking at all!!

Spacious, contemporary apartment in a great location.

The location is excellent, the apartment was spacious, the kitchen and bathrooms were modern with updated appliances and fixtures, the building is quiet in general, the bedrooms had a balcony to sit.

I didn't like not having a passcode or key to the external doors. I found it very Big Brother to ask the security guard to let us in and out each time. I also had to pay a $450 peso per night in cash (which seemed like it was pocketed by the door guards) when a friend who lived across the city stay over for convenience and safety when it was very late to leave. The visitor did not impose on the use of the facilities. Also, my garbage was not picked up on the designated days and times. I also had to purchase napkins, paper towels, and toilet paper.

A brilliant apartment in Mexico City for a long stay

In total, we were in Kolben Nuoma for just over 7 weeks. It was all great and the staff at the reception and the lady I wrote to here on booking.com were so friendly. The apartment itself was great for us two with a newborn. We had everything we required and more. It felt like a very safe place because you had to ring a doorbell and be let in (24 hours a day), and there were so many shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. I had important post sent to the apartment to collect and the staff at the reception helped me every step of the way with that, meaning the important documents reached me without any problems. I also ordered from Amazon twice which the ladies at reception collected for me and gave to me when they next saw me. The rooftop garden upstairs was quaint and lovely, and we sat out there a few times in the evening to watch the sunset. The showers were also great - although the water temperature wasn't always too reliable (I had some lukewarm showers which isn't the end of the world). We had access to Netflix and Disney+ which helped pass away the evenings when our baby wouldn't sleep... :-) We enjoyed how private everything felt. We were asked halfway through our stay via booking.com if we wanted our apartment to be cleaned, which we declined - and that was no problem at all. We realised towards the end of our stay that we had to stay longer for unforeseen reasons, and they happily helped us and moved some bookings around so that we could extent our stay by 2 weeks and also stay in the same apartment on the bottom floor. The baby bed that they provided for our newborn was perfect and very useful. It had an insect net over it which was perfect for all those pesky mosquitos.

Sometimes, we could smell smoke in our apartment (bottom floor) coming from the lobby (where smoking isn't allowed) which wasn't nice. The floor also wasn't too clean when we first moved in (lots of hairs in the corners) so we had to (or felt we wanted to) go through ourselves and clean up. The floors and walls were a little thin. Whenever someone moved a chair upstairs, it really echoed in our flat (especially annoying late at night). But that obviously depends on the neighbours - we had days where we heard no noise whatsoever (especially during the week and not on weekends).

Big apartment, nice neighborhood, could be cleaner.

Great location: quite neighborhood, but not at all boring and close to many sights. Also, the apartment was great for us (a couple with a kid) - two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a solid kitchen.

It wasn't really clean; we needed to sweep the whole apartment when we came and it looked like they forgot to vacuum-clean it.

Excellent location very safe area of Mexico City ,%min walk to Angel de Independencia Place was clean, Mayra was very helpful , We had safe indoor garage, we had full kitchen, always had hot water . We had coffee maker, large fridge.

Some night was cold in the room could not find any heating but everything else was excellent.

We are so satisfied and it was very good value.

It was spacious and clean, well equipped. Washing machine and dryer in the room was so helpful. The location was convenient to access Roma Norte and other places via foot. Safe neighborhoods and so many places to eat nearby.

There was no kitchen sponge or dish brush provided so we ended up leaving the used dishes in sink.

It would be better if they provided, or at least informed guests beforehand, that they do NOT provide basics such as washclothes for the shower, or tissues, or dish towel(s) - we had to go out to buy them. Also would be better for them to provide or at least sell drinkable water at the front desk, and to provide a few more pots and pans.

Would happily return

The location was great and near some great restaurants! The staff were lovely especially Mayra. Our messages were also answered really quickly. The apartment is nice and a great size for the two of us and would be fine for 2 more. The bedrooms were great and loved having a balcony. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice.

It gets very hot and humid and the fans were great but too strong to sleep with them on. Opening the balcony doors was fine until early morning as people and cars passed by. Would suggest air con if possible. Also, we got through a lot of water bottles as we weren't sure if the water was safe to drink. I wish there was a water cooler rather than having to always buy them. Some of the pillows are clearly too old, worn and not very clean so didn't use them. The shower taps were very confusing to use. It wasn't clear what direction to turn to get more water and was usually too hot or too cold.

The apartment is really nice. Everything is new and the area is very safe as well. There are also supermarkets close by.

The check in process could be improved. I was sent a link to pay the booking, which I did, but then booking.com also tried to charge my card. You should choose one method charging the customer - either by the link you send or by using the booking.com system.

Excellent value-for-money stay in Reforma.

Amazing apartment in Reforma, very well-furnished and clean. A little basket of breakfast items had been left for us (a small box of cereal, some oats, two coffee pods, etc.), which was very thoughtful. Kitchen had all the essentials, including a blender and a kettle, and also a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Both bathrooms were very clean and the hot water was great. Parking was available for an additional MXN 200 for the entire stay. There was an indoor terrace space as well.

Great value and location

My group of 10 split 3 apartments and were very happy with the quality and location. We liked the large living rooms and using the bulding's roof deck. Also, whoever I was communicating with via Booking.com was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet but close to Chapultepec, la Reforma, the Museum of Anthropology, and many cute bars and restaurants. I liked that it wasn't as overwhelmingly touristy as Condesa or Roma. The location was a bit far away from the subway but I ended up using the Ecobici bikeshare to get around rather than the subway.

This place is somewhere between an airbnb and a hotel in that there is a 24/7 staffed front door but no housekeeping service. There were some issues with a lack of towels, toilet paper, and trash bags in the apartments. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. But every time I asked for toilet paper they would just give me a single roll, which was kind of weird and felt like I was in a dorm or something. We were also told we had to take out our trash but not provided with trash bags, so I had to ask for that too. Seems to be an issue of poor coordination? I'm not sure but it seems like something that can easily be solved with a bit more attention.

Die Lage und Preis Leistung ist Top mit kleines Manko: Zu Kleine&Unbequeme Betten.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Rezeption ist aufmerksam, hilfreich and immer da. Die Wohnung ist soweit geräumig und eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.

Die Betten waren etwas unbequem und zu klein für Zwei Personen. Man könnte die Kleiderschränke Kleiner machen und aber dafür die Betten grosser um die Wohnung für eine Familie Perfekt zu machen. Es wäre gut wenn Sie einen Wasser filter/spender installieren können damit die Gästen lästiges Wasser tragen sparen könnten.

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, atento y profesional. La seguridad para el ingreso al edificio muy buena. Siempre hubo una persona verificando el acceso al edificio.

Desafortunadamente fue muy ruidoso, se escuchaba hasta el rechinado de armarios y gavetas del depto de arriba Al ingresar al depto, la limpieza en cajones de los dormitorios puede mejorar, igual que la del piso, ya que acostumbramos a estar descalzos.

Lindo apartamento

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Tenía todo lo necesario para que mi familia estuviera cómoda. La TV contaba con todas las plataformas de streaming disponibles. La cocina tenía platos, vasos y utensilios suficientes, aceite sal y azúcar para cocinar. La ubicación muy buena, calle bien iluminada y seguridad para entrar al edificio. Me encantó el café y los detalles de bienvenida. Gracias por todo.
