Fallerhaus

The apartment is very big with lots of rooms. The beds and bed linen is comfortable and the windows are good enough to ensure a good quality of sleep at night despite the property being right next to the main road. The apartment was very well equipped, lots of towels, additional linen, kitchenware etc communication was very smooth and the hosts were very accommodating.

I didn’t report any of these to the host because they didn’t impact my stay in any major way, just some suggestions for the hosts for the future: - there was no hot water in the taps in both bathrooms, despite hot water being available in the shower and the kitchen. There was some electric device that looked like it might heat water in the bathroom upstairs, but I was afraid to turn it on due to lack of instructions. I appreciate that you provide a hair drier, but it is really old fashioned. - the window shutters in the bedroom upstairs are bright orange, and so it the whole room when the sun rises in the morning, so there is no way to completely darken the room during the day. Also, there are no nets on the windows so mosquitoes and other insects get inside. - the layout of the left bedroom downstairs is really weird, it lacks a nightstand and the bed is awkwardly positioned, it touches the wall on the long side instead of the short side behind the head with the window being directly behind the bed. - spare pillows looked like they were not cleaned prior to our arrival and some had hair on them.

Die Größe des Appartements und die zentrale Lage! Der "Omacharme"

Die laute Bundesstraße, die Fenster waren alle straßenseitig und alte Doppelfenster. Es könnte sauberer sein. Bad und Küchenzeile waren in Ordnung, aber allein, daß sich an der Nachttischlampe Staubflusen tummelten und auch die Schränke nicht abgestaubt waren, schon ekelig ...Der Garten ist auch eher ungepflegt und der Ausblick auf das Protestplakat vor den Fenstern war auch nicht so toll.
