Amazing place to stay for this price

We had long drive from London, arrived much earlier that check in time and felt so welcome in this apartment with cup of coffee and hand made cake. Location is excellent short drive to ski school and short walk to snow tubing which was our priority. Apartment is small and in old fashioned style but very well equipped. Dora is the sweetest host I ever made. We traveled with kids and they felt like at home.

Would be great to have window blinds in the bathroom to have a little privacy.

Staying at this property was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth that instantly made us feel more like visiting friends than checking into accommodation. The atmosphere is charmingly retro, cozy, and full of character, creating a truly relaxed and inviting setting. The hosts are fantastic — incredibly friendly, attentive, cheerful, and always ready to help while still giving you plenty of privacy. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent: homemade, generous, and full of flavor, clearly prepared with care and passion. We especially appreciated the local ingredients and the welcoming service. The location is a perfect starting point for anyone who loves hiking or skiing. There are many trails and mountain routes nearby, as well as easy access to ski slopes, making it ideal for an active holiday in nature. With the homely atmosphere, wonderful hosts, and delicious food, this was one of the nicest experiences we’ve ever had. We will gladly return!

Our favorite stay in Austria yet

Dora and Josef were exceptional! They made us feel welcomed even before we arrived, felt like going to grandmas for the weekend. Just an example on how nice they were: they even waved us goodbye when we left☺️💓 When we asked about restaurant options in the area, they booked us a table in the nice place 200 ms away. The location is super cute, hid amongst the woods, the room was nice and clean and the house is very authentic. Ski slopes are a comfortable drive away, even Obertauern. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definetely stay here again if we have the chance. Thank you for your hospitality, Dora and Josef!

The location was ecelent, very quite, serene, just what we needed. We could leave all the noice of the city behind us and enjoy a good sleep in absolute quitness and on comfy beds. In this place you can experience the true meaning of the word hospitality. We felt really welcome, and so our dog:-) We are looking forward to visit Dora and Josef in the winter:-)!

Nice, clean, well-appointed rooms with very friendly and accommodating hosts!

Excellent value for money with clean and well appointed rooms. A big back yard where the kids could play was a great bonus and the hosts are incredibly friendly. The ski resort of Innerkrems was very limited but we were able to drive 15=20 minutes away to great resorts,

Sehr herzliche,authentische Gastgeber. Gemütliches Haus mit Charakter und Charme und mit der super ausgestatteten kleinen Küche hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Kein Übertourismus,wunderschönes Wandergebiet. Nockalmstrasse 2min mit dem Auto entfernt . Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Starsi par majitelu je velmy prijemny a komunikativni. Rozumi anglicky a take dorozumivat se rukama, nohama. Okoli je ryzí alpska priroda a v dosahu je restaurace a placena cesta na vrcholek hor. K ubytovani jsme na ni dostali " slevovou" karticku . Nejblizsi obchod je 17 min autem. Ubytovani v puvodnim stylu a o to krasnejsi. Parkovani dostatek.

Wir haben 10 Tage in diesem wunderbaren Häuschen verbracht. Alles war perfekt – einfach großartig! Die Gastgeber waren so herzlich, dass man immer wieder gerne zurückkommen möchte. Ein traumhafter Ort, absolute Ruhe, Entspannung und Erholung pur. Das Häuschen war fantastisch, es hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Sehr bequeme Betten, federleichte Decken und Kissen – einfach himmlisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 🌿✨

Een week om nooit meer te vergeten.

Wat een fantastische ervaring. Puur natuur zonder fratsen. Gastvrij ontvangen en genoten van de service. Elke ochtend samen ontbeten met de familie des huizes. Alles nog in de staat van vroeger. Wil je voor luxe en op stand ben je daar niet op het juiste adres. Ga je voor vriendelijkheid, netheid en puur natuur ben je daar zeker op het juiste adres. Een week om nooit meer te vergeten. Onze dank is groot aan de familie in Innerkrems.

Blij dat we deze mooie streek hebben leren kennen op deze authentieke plaats.

Warme vriendelijke onthaal en familiale sfeer. Vers geplukte bloemen en zelfgebakken apfelstrudel waren fijne verrassingen. Ruime kamers en volledig uitgeruste ruime keuken. Prachtige wandelingen ter plekke.

Wat iets minder was was de afstand naar dichtstbijzijnde winkel/bakker.

Ich werde hier nicht mehr zu Gast sein.

Der überaus freundliche Gastgeber empfing mich per Handschlag direkt vor Ort. Das selbstgekochte Essen (Hausmanskost Kärtner Mauiltaschen in drei Varianten) vom Gastgeber für uns beide frisch zubereitet, war sehr gut. Frische selbstgepflügte Wiesenblumen standen im Zimmer auf dem Tisch. Freundlichkeit des Gastgeber !!!

Das Zimmer hat ( abgeshen vom Bad) schon etliche Gäste kommen und gehen sehen. Das ganze Haus ist schon älter und hat einen Investitionsstau. Teppichböden mit Felcken, Risse in der Zimmerdecke, abgewetzter Sessel in dem ich nicht sitzen oder etwas ablegen möchte. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche (gegen Zusatzkosten!!) hatten einen muffigen Geruch. Auf meiner Balkanreise mit Abstand das schlechteste dafür teuerste Zimmer.

Excellent accueil des propriétaires . L'appartement était confortable , calme ,entouré d'oiseaux et d'écureuils , très bien placé pour se reposer ou faire du ski de randonnée .

Traditionelles Gästehaus mit herzlichen Gastgebern, wo Kinder und Hunde sehr willkommen sind.

Das Gästehaus Christophorus liegt sehr schön gelegen am Fuße der Nockalmstraße. Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten, man kann hier abschalten von all dem Trubel. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich hier mit Kindern und Hunden sehr willkommen. Es war ein sehr familiäres Verhältnis und alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Der Balkon war mein Highlight. Morgens mit eine Tasse Tee den Waldhang hinauf schauend. Es sind so einige Wanderwege in der Nähe. Auch ein gestalteter Grillabend war sehr lecker mit regionalen Produkten und netten Gesprächen. Hündin Mia passt gut aufs Haus auf und war sehr freundlich und verspielt mit unseren beiden Pudeln. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder. Tipp für Menschen die paar Tage länger bleiben und viel erleben wollen, die KärntenCard.
