Location very convenient, not too far from the Bahnhof, or the center or the Goldeck station. The balcony directly faces Goldeck, so it is quite a nice view.
Unfortunately, I did not get to meet the host itself, however, we spoke on the phone. The toilet-bathroom, by no means dirty at all, quite clean and maintained in fact, is a bit narrow and weirdly positioned. Maybe something can be eventually done about it.
