If we ever return to Spittal an der Drau we would stay here again

Central location near a park, shops, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Well equiped kitchen for preparing our own meals and a good sized dining table.

The wifi was very slow or non existant and there was insufficient reception for the television. The owner was paying good money for these disappointing services.

Perfect location, pleasant hostess, comfortable apartment. I recommend!

The house is located right in the city center next to the central park. We traveled by bikes, so we appreciated their safe storage in the basement of the house. The apartment was nice, spacious, tastefully decorated, and there was a fully equipped kitchen, tea, and coffee available. Dealing with the owner was hassle-free, even though we arrived quite late and arranged accommodation at the last minute.

Great location, super facilities, comfortable, and great value for money

This was the third time that we have stayed here, so that means we like it a lot. You can't fault it for location, or the friendliness and helpfulness of the host. The facilities are fantastic, particularly those for cooking, far more than we needed. The WiFi was strong and there was a good sized Smart TV. If you compare this apartment with other local hotels,where we have stayed at previously, hardly any had hot drinks making facilities in the rooms, and some did not have TVs, it scores on so many levels. Finally this apartment is keenly priced in comparison with other places in Spittal. So I wholeheartedly recommend it.

.Easy access for disabled, lift, central for shops and restaurants. Adequately equipped, comfortable adjustable bed. Restaurant within feet of front door.

Nice location at a good price.

This was our second visit to this appartment and this will be our go to place for future visits. We visit Spittal to connect with our relatives. The location is super, on the main town's main street and easy walking distance to the Railway station, even dragging luggage behind us.. It's clean and the contact with the management is good.

Fantastic central location which is really great value for money.

No one was there to meet us and there was no reception, but we had not stated a time that we would be there, however, one of my relatives phoned the person and he came round to meet us with the keys, showed us the property and explained all the things we needed to know. This was a good experience. The Apartment is situated on the town's main road and is near to the local park, shops, restaurants, the railway station etc. The apartment was great value for money and we would happily use it again.

Well it was pretty good, however just a couple of minor points to be aware of. The proximity to a main road means that sometimes there is some noise from the street below. The double glazing is very effective at noise reduction, but in hotter months the apartment could be a little warm. There is a fan available. The other thing I should mention is that there is a entrance to a shared hall serving the group of three apartments. Over the apartment door, which leads to the sleeping area is a glass panel. When another person enters the hall the light automatically goes on for a short period. I think that this could be sorted out by simply covering the panel with a board or something similar. But, although I mention this, it remains a great place to stay and we intend to use it on our next Visit to Spittal.

Too close to a busy road and impossible to sleep.

The apartment is right above a very busy road with cars, trucks and bikes wizzing by. We stayed one night - it was very hot and we couldnt have the only window open as it was impossible to sleep due to the noise. When we closed the window, the traffic was still audible and it was too hot to sleep. Also, one of the bedrooms didnt have any window and you could hear noise from the bar downstairs. Overall, the worst sleep we have had in a very long time. The owner pretended he didnt know what I was talking about when I complained.

Perfect for a couple travelling with or without a car.

Perfect location. Spacious flat. Great shower. Coffee machine and other kitchen equipment. Good wifi. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Good accessability from ÖBB railway station with perfect train connection.

Noisy (located on the main street). To hot in Summer - without a/c. At least a small fan would help. Bedroom without any window. You have to exchange the air throught the window in noisy living room.

Really worth it

The owner was great! Due to traffic reasons, we arrived very late at the apartment. The owner understood the problem and met us at 3am for the key handover. The apartment is perfect. Spacious, modern and clean. The location is also good with cafés and restaurant around. Strongly recommend it.

Jó elhelyezkedésű szállás, minden szükséges meg volt akár 4 személy részére is a nyugodt pihenéshez.

Szép, tágas fürdőszoba és nappali. A szükséges eszközök a konyhában is megtalálhatóak voltak. Az ágyak kényelmesek, az ágyneműk kellemesek és melegek, frissen mosott érzetet adtak.

Egy darab mosogatógép kapszula ha be lenne készítve az segíthet a távozáskor a rendhagyásban. A mosogató csapnál találomra választottunk az alatta lévő szekrényből edénymosó szivacsot, remélhetőleg arra valót..

Die Lage in der Innenstadt war für unsere Zwecke hervorragend.

Die Bettwäsche war dieses unmögliche „Synthetikzeug“, dass sich unglaublich elektrisch aufläd🥺 Der Herd war dermaßen verdreckt, dass es mich (obwohl wir ihn nicht benützt haben), gegraust hat.☹️

Guter Aufenthalt in Spittal

Haben diese Wohnung bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Geräumiges Appartment, voll ausgestattete Küche. Badezimmer gross, schön und sauber. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber vor und während des Aufenthalts schnell und freundlich. Gute Lage mitten in Spittal, neben dem Schloss. Im selben Gebäude ein gutes italienisches Restaurant. Gastronomie, Geschäfte und Bahnhof leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zusatzbett war nicht hergerichtet und etwas schwierig aufzuklappen.

Okay für eine Nacht.

Lage direkt im Zentrum ist super! Wir übernachteten nur einmal, dafür hat es gepasst. Hatten aber um den gleichen Preis echt schon bessere Unterkünfte.

Fahrräder stellt man im Keller ab und man muss sie dafür die Stiege runter tragen. Für ältere Leute mit E-Bike wahrscheinlich schwierig. Geruch im Zimmer etwas muffig und etwas laut in der Nacht.

Brak szafy. W kuchni jest zmywarka, więc przydałaby się też chociaż jedna, nawet płatna, kapsułka do zmywarki.

Tutto perfetto. Sig. Gerhard gentilissimo (e puntualissimo). Eravamo solo di passaggio (famiglia con 2 bimbi piccoli). Ci siamo trovati bene.

Sehr gute Unterkunft im Zentrum von Spittal an der Drau

Apartment liegt neben Schloss Porcia, neben einem Ristaurante/Pizzaria, Bäckerei und Apotheke und viele weitere Lokale und Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es ist sehr geräumig für 2 - 3 Personen, sauber, alles hat funktioniert, Betten waren für mich gut, Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktionierte einwandfrei, es gab beim Eingang heraußen günstig Tabs für die Kaffeemaschine zu erwerben, Tee war gratis, Fenster schließen gut, es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wir nicht brauchten. Wir waren mit dem Zug unterwegs, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof.

Bei offenem Fenster ist der Straßenlärm störend, aber die Fenster dichten sehr gut und das Schlafzimmer ist hinter der Wohnküche und es gibt eine Türe zum Schließen.
